FLO et ChargerHelp !, ainsi que le pr\u00e9sident de la commission de l’\u00e9nergie et des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications du S\u00e9nat, Kevin Parker (D-District 21), et le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Brian Cunningham (D-District 43) ont annonc\u00e9 la loi sur la transparence de la fiabilit\u00e9 de la recharge des V\u00c9 pour garantir aux conducteurs de V\u00c9 de New York l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des stations de recharge fiables.<\/strong><\/p>\n

S.5120A\/A.1721A, introduit au S\u00e9nat de l’\u00c9tat de New York (avec un projet de loi compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l’Assembl\u00e9e de l’\u00c9tat), exigera la divulgation des donn\u00e9es de fiabilit\u00e9 pour toutes les stations de recharge de V\u00c9 publiques et financ\u00e9es par les contribuables d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es dans l’\u00c9tat de New York. Au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, New York devrait inciter au d\u00e9ploiement de l’infrastructure de recharge des V\u00c9 \u00e0 hauteur de pr\u00e8s d’un milliard de dollars gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une combinaison de programmes d’\u00c9tat et de financements obtenus par le biais de la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l’investissement dans les infrastructures et les emplois (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, IIJA).<\/p>\n

\u00c9limination les probl\u00e8mes de recharge<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00ab Les conducteurs de V\u00c9 new-yorkais connaissent la frustration de s’arr\u00eater \u00e0 une station de recharge pour d\u00e9couvrir qu’elle est hors service, mais aujourd’hui est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour \u00e9liminer cette pr\u00e9occupation. Il n’a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi important de garantir la fiabilit\u00e9 des chargeurs. Un taux record de 71 % des conducteurs am\u00e9ricains seraient int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la possession d’un V\u00c9. Malheureusement, l’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une infrastructure de recharge fiable est devenu une pr\u00e9occupation croissante. Des donn\u00e9es r\u00e9centes montrent qu’un nombre croissant de conducteurs ont des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux stations de recharge publiques pour V\u00c9, les chargeurs en panne \u00e9tant cit\u00e9s comme le probl\u00e8me le plus fr\u00e9quent.<\/p>\n

FLO et ChargerHelp ! continuent \u00e0 travailler ensemble pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, en parrainant une l\u00e9gislation similaire en Californie. Cette loi, la premi\u00e8re du genre aux \u00c9tats-Unis, a \u00e9t\u00e9 promulgu\u00e9e l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re pour aider les d\u00e9cideurs politiques et le public \u00e0 comprendre la performance des investissements de la Californie dans l’infrastructure des V\u00c9 et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s dans l’acc\u00e8s des conducteurs \u00e0 des stations de recharge fiables.<\/p>\n
