M. Hill, qui a occup\u00e9 cette fonction pendant cinq ans, est un gestionnaire de parc exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 qui poss\u00e8de des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 deux reprises pr\u00e9sident de la section ontarienne de la NAFA. Il est \u00e9galement <a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/author\/chill\/\">chroniqueur et collaborateur<\/a> de longue date du magazine<i> Autosphere<\/i> sur des sujets li\u00e9s aux parcs et de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, <i>Fleet Digest<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu&rsquo;il ait choisi de prendre sa retraite de la ville de Guelph, M. Hill a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il continuerait \u00e0 s&rsquo;impliquer dans l&rsquo;industrie de la gestion des parcs en tant que consultant. Il a accept\u00e9 un poste de consultant principal en gestion de parc, de sp\u00e9cialiste du transit des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9missions nulles (ZEV) et de conseiller aupr\u00e8s de Fleet Challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 2005, Fleet Challenge est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil en gestion de parc automobile de premier plan, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au Canada et aux \u00c9tats-Unis. L&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;organisation est d&rsquo;aider les parcs de v\u00e9hicules des secteurs priv\u00e9 et public \u00e0 atteindre leur plus haut niveau de performance, en leur fournissant des solutions viables sur le plan \u00e9conomique, environnemental, financier et de la planification strat\u00e9gique, ainsi qu&rsquo;en les aidant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle effective et une comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts.
