{"id":380183,"date":"2023-02-16T14:31:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T19:31:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=380183"},"modified":"2023-02-18T16:32:44","modified_gmt":"2023-02-18T21:32:44","slug":"progi-souligne-la-reussite-de-son-programme-damelioration-en-gestion-de-carrosserie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2023\/02\/16\/progi-souligne-la-reussite-de-son-programme-damelioration-en-gestion-de-carrosserie\/","title":{"rendered":"Progi souligne la r\u00e9ussite de son programme d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration en gestion de carrosserie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>C\u2019est le 14 f\u00e9vrier que Progi remettait les dipl\u00f4mes \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants de son programme de base intitul\u00e9 Am\u00e9lioration en gestion de carrosserie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans les locaux de Progi, \u00e0 Trois-Rivi\u00e8res et r\u00e9unissait la premi\u00e8re cohorte de carrossiers ayant compl\u00e9t\u00e9 ce programme de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation offerte par la ProgiAcad\u00e9mie se d\u00e9cline en trois sessions d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e r\u00e9parties sur un trimestre.<\/p>\n<p>Les apprentissages diffus\u00e9s dans ce programme touchent la planification des op\u00e9rations, le processus d\u2019estimation, l\u2019approvisionnement en pi\u00e8ces, la vente, la mesure des performances ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre se veut d\u00e9tendu et amical alors que les participants peuvent \u00e9changer et poser des questions.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche repose aussi sur le fait que ces gestionnaires en ont beaucoup \u00e0 apprendre entre eux.<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me cours de cette session s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 le matin m\u00eame avant que le formateur Charles Aubry ne prenne la parole pour accueillir les partenaires du programme et f\u00e9liciter les gradu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9taient pr\u00e9sent pour la remise des dipl\u00f4mes St\u00e9phanie et William Bouchard (qui comptent trois Fix Auto dans la r\u00e9gion du Saguenay\u2013Lac-Saint-Jean), Jean-Pierre Landry (sa fille Aryanne aussi dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e) de ProColor Drummondville, M\u00e9lanie Sirois (CarrXpert Mercedes-Benz de Qu\u00e9bec)\u00a0ainsi que Jimmy et Steve Ruptash (CSN Demetry).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Progi \u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Diane Cha\u00een\u00e9, Charles Aubry, James Pich\u00e9 et Alexandre Rocheleau.<\/p>\n<p>Progi a aussi soulign\u00e9 la r\u00e9ussite de Jean-Ian Boissonneault et Kathleen O\u2019Malley (Procolor Val-B\u00e9lair) et Phillipe Denoncourt (Groupe Saillant)\u00a0dans le cadre du Programme Progi\u00c9lite.<\/p>\n<p>Le Programme Progi\u00c9lite permet aux gestionnaires d\u2019approfondir leurs connaissances sous la forme de quatre sessions de formation d\u2019une journ\u00e9e r\u00e9parties sur une ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs membres d\u2019entreprises du secteur et de partenaires \u00e9taient \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents et repr\u00e9sentaient Autosph\u00e8re,\u00a0NAPA, Mirka, Unipi\u00e8ce OEM, CarrXpert, CSN Collision, Quarpro, LKQ et Service Auto HD.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est le 14 f\u00e9vrier que Progi remettait les dipl\u00f4mes \u00e0 ses \u00e9tudiants de son programme de base intitul\u00e9 Am\u00e9lioration en gestion de carrosserie.
