{"id":380052,"date":"2023-02-15T15:02:47","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T20:02:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=380052"},"modified":"2023-02-15T15:02:47","modified_gmt":"2023-02-15T20:02:47","slug":"akzonobel-augmente-ses-revenus-malgre-des-vents-macroeconomiques-contraires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2023\/02\/15\/akzonobel-augmente-ses-revenus-malgre-des-vents-macroeconomiques-contraires\/","title":{"rendered":"AkzoNobel augmente ses revenus malgr\u00e9 des vents macro\u00e9conomiques contraires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Voici les faits marquants du quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2022 (par rapport au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2021) pour Akzo Nobel :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires est en hausse de 8 % et de 9 % \u00e0 taux de change constant ; les prix sont en hausse de 11 %, les volumes en baisse de 9 %.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;exploitation de 103 millions d&rsquo;euros (2021 : 205 millions d&rsquo;euros), r\u00e9sultant de la baisse des volumes, de la hausse des co\u00fbts des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et du fret, et de l&rsquo;inflation des d\u00e9penses d&rsquo;exploitation ; marge OPI de 4,0 % (2021 : 8,5 %).<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;exploitation ajust\u00e9 de 126 millions d&rsquo;euros (2021 : 209 millions d&rsquo;euros), hors impact n\u00e9gatif de 23 millions d&rsquo;euros des \u00e9l\u00e9ments identifi\u00e9s (2021 : impact n\u00e9gatif de 4 millions d&rsquo;euros) ; ROS3 de 4,8 % (2021 : 8,7 %).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;acquisition de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de rev\u00eatement liquide des roues de Lankwitzer Lackfabrik a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Rachat d&rsquo;actions de 500 millions d&rsquo;euros finalis\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre<\/p>\n<h2><b>Et pour 2022 : Faits marquants de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022 (par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2021)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires est en hausse de 13% et de 11% \u00e0 taux de change constant, les prix sont en hausse de 14%, les volumes sont en baisse de 7%.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;exploitation \u00e0 708 millions d&rsquo;euros (2021 : 1 118 millions d&rsquo;euros), r\u00e9sultant de la baisse des volumes, de la hausse des co\u00fbts des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et du fret, de l&rsquo;inflation sur les d\u00e9penses d&rsquo;exploitation et de l&rsquo;impact n\u00e9gatif de 46 millions d&rsquo;euros de la comptabilisation de l&rsquo;hyperinflation. Marge OPI 6,5% (2021 : 11,7%)<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;exploitation ajust\u00e9 de 789 millions d&rsquo;euros (2021 : 1 092 millions d&rsquo;euros), hors impact n\u00e9gatif de 81 millions d&rsquo;euros des \u00e9l\u00e9ments identifi\u00e9s (2021 : impact positif de 26 millions d&rsquo;euros) ; ROS de 7,3 % (2021 : 11,4 %).<\/p>\n<p>EBITDA ajust\u00e9 \u00e0 1 157 millions d&rsquo;euros (2021 : 1 436 millions d&rsquo;euros)<\/p>\n<p>Le dividende final propos\u00e9 est de 1,54 \u20ac par action (2021 : 1,54 \u20ac par action).<\/p>\n<h2><b>AkzoNobel CEO, Greg Poux-Guillaume, a comment\u00e9 :<\/b><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2022 a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par une incertitude mondiale persistante, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements mondiaux ayant provoqu\u00e9 une inflation importante des co\u00fbts, perturb\u00e9 les cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement et entra\u00een\u00e9 une baisse de la confiance des consommateurs. Nos r\u00e9sultats du quatri\u00e8me trimestre ont continu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00eatre affect\u00e9s par une demande plus faible, ainsi que par les effets persistants du COVID-19 sur certains de nos march\u00e9s les plus importants.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;avenir, avec nos programmes de gestion des marges et de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts fermement mis en place, nous pr\u00e9voyons d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer la pression continue de l&rsquo;inflation des co\u00fbts et visons un EBITDA ajust\u00e9 de 1,2 \u00e0 1,5 milliard d&rsquo;euros pour 2023, en fonction des conditions actuelles du march\u00e9.
