Avec plus de 25 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans la gestion de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement et des op\u00e9rations, Martine apporte une expertise tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieuse sur la fa\u00e7on de renforcer la strat\u00e9gie de FLO en mati\u00e8re de fabrication, d&rsquo;approvisionnement et de logistique \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Louis Tremblay, pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de FLO. \u00ab L&rsquo;\u00e9lan pour les V\u00c9 se d\u00e9veloppe rapidement, et Martine jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 en aidant FLO \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance ambitieuse tout en continuant \u00e0 offrir aux conducteurs de V\u00c9 la meilleure exp\u00e9rience de recharge. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En tant que chef de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e des op\u00e9rations de fabrication de FLO, M. St-Onge sera responsable du d\u00e9veloppement et de la mise en \u0153uvre de la strat\u00e9gie de fabrication, d&rsquo;approvisionnement et de logistique de FLO. Elle g\u00e9rera les trois usines d&rsquo;assemblage de FLO, ainsi que la mise en place de futures usines pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante de solutions de recharge intelligente des V\u00c9. Elle jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;introduction de nouveaux produits du point de vue de la fabrication et r\u00e9pondra aux besoins des clients en mati\u00e8re de produits FLO, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;approvisionnement en pi\u00e8ces des \u00e9quipes de d\u00e9ploiement et d&rsquo;assistance du r\u00e9seau de charge de FLO.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tablie \u00e0 Bromont, au Qu\u00e9bec, Mme St-Onge est titulaire d&rsquo;un baccalaur\u00e9at en administration des affaires (B.A.A.), gestion des op\u00e9rations et de la production, de HEC Montr\u00e9al, et d&rsquo;une ma\u00eetrise en g\u00e9nie industriel et gestion de la technologie (M.Sc.A.) de l&rsquo;\u00c9cole Polytechnique de Montr\u00e9al. Au cours des 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle a acquis une solide exp\u00e9rience op\u00e9rationnelle dans des entreprises telles que Bombardier, Hershey Canada, Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. et Abitibibowater Inc. Certifi\u00e9e Green Belt Six Sigma et LEAN, elle utilisera ses comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue pour g\u00e9rer la croissance de mani\u00e8re intelligente et efficace. Son style de gestion est fortement influenc\u00e9 par sa formation de coach d&rsquo;entreprise.
