Pilon persiste \u00e0 croire que le client doit \u00eatre pris en charge d\u00e8s qu\u2019il a emmagasin\u00e9 les d\u00e9tails n\u00e9cessaires relativement \u00e0 son achat.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment que nous faisons la diff\u00e9rence. Le dernier 10 %, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9coute, le suivi, l\u2019empathie, l\u2019honn\u00eatet\u00e9, l\u2019ouverture. Le consommateur est la priorit\u00e9. Nous ne vendons plus des autos, ce sont les clients qui les ach\u00e8tent. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En attendant l\u2019approvisionnement, le lien d\u2019affaires doit demeurer vivant. M. Pilon met en lumi\u00e8re le travail constant des conseillers aux ventes, qui doivent accueillir ad\u00e9quatement le client et se maintenir au fait des technologies de l\u2019industrie. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En plus d\u2019\u00eatre un apport positif pour leur client\u00e8le en temps r\u00e9el, ils doivent \u00eatre la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence! M\u00eame s\u2019ils ne vendent pas un v\u00e9hicule maintenant, ils doivent garder le contact avec le client.
