{"id":377941,"date":"2023-01-12T11:33:55","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T16:33:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=377941"},"modified":"2023-01-13T08:00:43","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T13:00:43","slug":"le-ministre-des-transports-annonce-les-nouvelles-exigences-concernant-le-bruit-pour-les-ve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/concessionnaires\/2023\/01\/12\/le-ministre-des-transports-annonce-les-nouvelles-exigences-concernant-le-bruit-pour-les-ve\/","title":{"rendered":"Le ministre des Transports annonce les nouvelles exigences concernant le bruit pour les V\u00c9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La protection de l&rsquo;ensemble des Canadiennes et des Canadiens est une priorit\u00e9 pour le gouvernement du Canada, et les moteurs silencieux peuvent parfois constituer un risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il est question des v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le ministre des Transports, l&rsquo;honorable Omar Alghabra, a annonc\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui que le gouvernement du Canada apporte des modifications au<\/span> R\u00e8glement sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules automobiles, <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">exigeant que tous les v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques \u00e9mettent un niveau minimal de bruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Les v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques poss\u00e8dent des moteurs silencieux et n&rsquo;\u00e9mettent pratiquement aucun son \u00e0 basse vitesse, ce qui rend leur pr\u00e9sence sur nos routes difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter. Les v\u00e9hicules silencieux posent un risque accru de collision avec les usagers de la route comme les cyclistes, les pi\u00e9tons et les personnes en situation de handicap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">En vertu des nouvelles exigences, tous les v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques devront d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre munis d&rsquo;\u00e9metteurs sonores qui produiront du bruit quand le v\u00e9hicule roule \u00e0 basse vitesse. Les constructeurs automobiles peuvent d\u00e9terminer le type de son \u00e9mis par le v\u00e9hicule, mais le volume et la hauteur du son doivent permettre aux usagers de la route de distinguer si un v\u00e9hicule acc\u00e9l\u00e8re ou ralentit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bien que de nombreux constructeurs automobiles aient d\u00e9j\u00e0 ajout\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on volontaire des \u00e9metteurs sonores \u00e0 leurs v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques, la nouvelle exigence de Transports Canada rendrait ces \u00e9metteurs obligatoires sur tous les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers de tourisme vendus au Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">La nouvelle exigence est entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 21 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La protection de l&rsquo;ensemble des Canadiennes et des Canadiens est une priorit\u00e9 pour le gouvernement du Canada, et les moteurs silencieux peuvent parfois constituer un risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il est question des v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques.
