R\u00e9seau Fix, un chef de file mondial en mati\u00e8re de services avanc\u00e9s de r\u00e9paration apr\u00e8s collision, a accueilli la nouvelle direction de Fix Auto Welland, dans le sud de l’Ontario, alors que la marque embl\u00e9matique du march\u00e9 secondaire c\u00e9l\u00e8bre son 30e anniversaire en 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fix Auto Welland s’est joint \u00e0 la banni\u00e8re Fix Auto en 2006 et avait \u00e9t\u00e9 exploit\u00e9 comme entreprise ind\u00e9pendante pendant 21 ans auparavant. L’emplacement a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment acquis par le duo p\u00e8re-fils John et Johnny D’Ambrosio, dont la famille est associ\u00e9e au secteur du march\u00e9 secondaire depuis pr\u00e8s de 50 ans. Ils sont \u00e9galement propri\u00e9taires de Fix Auto St Catharines, qui a r\u00e9cemment remport\u00e9 le Fix Network Performance Award pour son excellence totale dans tous les domaines d’activit\u00e9, ainsi que le Canadian Business Review Board (CBRB) Award pour son excellence commerciale.<\/p>\n

Situ\u00e9 au 48, Septi\u00e8me rue, Fix Auto Welland est enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour r\u00e9parer et restaurer toutes les marques et tous les mod\u00e8les de v\u00e9hicules afin de les remettre dans leur \u00e9tat d’origine. L’\u00e9tablissement abrite \u00e9galement la marque NOVUS Vitres, qui offre des services avanc\u00e9s de r\u00e9paration et de remplacement de vitres sur place. La combinaison de ces deux puissantes marques de pi\u00e8ces de rechange sous un m\u00eame toit permet \u00e0 l’\u00e9quipe de mieux contr\u00f4ler le processus de r\u00e9paration et de livrer plus rapidement les v\u00e9hicules aux clients.<\/p>\n

Nouvelles cabines de peinture \u00e0 tirage descendant et salle de m\u00e9lange<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir fait l’acquisition de l’entreprise Fix Auto Welland, la famille a investi dans l’\u00e9quipement de l’atelier de carrosserie avec deux cabines de peinture \u00e0 tirage descendant \u00e0 la fine pointe de la technologie et une nouvelle salle de m\u00e9lange import\u00e9e d’Italie. Les nouvelles cabines de peinture, ainsi qu’une r\u00e9novation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, ouvrant le milieu de l’atelier pour permettre un espace de travail plus grand et une circulation plus efficace, ont vraiment permis une transition positive de l’atelier.<\/p>\n

Johnny tient \u00e0 s’assurer que son \u00e9quipe est au sommet de son art dans tous les aspects du fonctionnement de l’atelier de carrosserie. \u00ab Nous sommes un atelier I-CAR Gold et nous sommes en train d’obtenir notre certification CCIAP, ce qui correspondrait \u00e0 notre emplacement de St. Catharines, en plus d’\u00eatre certifi\u00e9s CCC et d’avoir plusieurs certifications OEM \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>\n

Johnny est un propri\u00e9taire de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l’entreprise familiale de pi\u00e8ces de rechange, cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1976 par son grand-p\u00e8re, Pasqualino \u00ab Lino \u00bb D’Ambrosio, un technicien travailleur qui a immigr\u00e9 au Canada et a ouvert son atelier dans la r\u00e9gion de St. Adolescent, Johnny regardait son grand-p\u00e8re et son p\u00e8re travailler dans leur atelier de carrosserie et a rapidement appris le m\u00e9tier aupr\u00e8s d’eux.<\/p>\n

Johnny s’est impliqu\u00e9 davantage dans l’entreprise en 2008 et a activement recherch\u00e9 les occasions de la faire cro\u00eetre au-del\u00e0 de St. \u00ab J’ai rejoint mon p\u00e8re dans l’entreprise imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 21 ans, dit-il. J’ai toujours aim\u00e9 \u00eatre autour de l’atelier aussi loin que je me souvienne et m\u00eame pendant ma carri\u00e8re scolaire, mon p\u00e8re ne pouvait pas me tenir \u00e0 l’\u00e9cart. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, je me suis davantage investi financi\u00e8rement dans l’entreprise et le flambeau m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis par mon p\u00e8re. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Rejoindre R\u00e9seau Fix<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Apr\u00e8s avoir exploit\u00e9 leur entreprise ind\u00e9pendante pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, la famille D’Ambrosio s’est jointe au R\u00e9seau Fix en 2015, se rebaptisant Fix Auto St. Catharines. \u00ab Il \u00e9tait plus logique pour nous de nous aligner avec R\u00e9seau Fix, car nous pouvions toujours \u00eatre d\u00e9tenus et exploit\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante tout en faisant \u00e9quipe avec un nom mondial puissant et respect\u00e9 \u00bb, dit-il.<\/p>\n

Johnny d\u00e9crit R\u00e9seau Fix comme une organisation jeune, dynamique et fra\u00eeche. \u00ab R\u00e9seau Fix est tr\u00e8s avant-gardiste en ce qui concerne la structure, les op\u00e9rations et m\u00eame le marketing, dit-il. Effectuer des r\u00e9parations s\u00fbres et de qualit\u00e9 en temps opportun est ce qui est le plus important dans notre industrie et, \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, notre petite entreprise et R\u00e9seau Fix \u00e9taient sur la m\u00eame longueur d’onde. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Fix Auto Welland appartenait auparavant \u00e0 Valerio Frassetto, qui avait travaill\u00e9 pour le grand-p\u00e8re de Johnny pendant environ 50 ans et qui \u00e9tait l’un de ses premiers techniciens en r\u00e9paration de carrosserie certifi\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s avoir lanc\u00e9 sa propre entreprise, Valerio est rest\u00e9 en contact et a collabor\u00e9 \u00e9troitement avec la famille. \u00ab Nous avons vu Fix Auto Welland comme une excellente occasion d’investissement et lorsque Valerio a exprim\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la retraite, nous lui avons fait savoir que nous \u00e9tions tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux quant \u00e0 l’achat de son atelier \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Johnny.<\/p>\n
