{"id":376383,"date":"2022-12-09T16:59:28","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T21:59:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=376383"},"modified":"2022-12-09T16:59:28","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T21:59:28","slug":"uni-select-rapporte-ses-faits-saillants-du-troisieme-trimestre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2022\/12\/09\/uni-select-rapporte-ses-faits-saillants-du-troisieme-trimestre\/","title":{"rendered":"Uni-Select rapporte ses faits saillants du troisi\u00e8me trimestre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Uni-S\u00e9lect a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 ses r\u00e9sultats financiers pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre termin\u00e9 le 30 septembre 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici les points saillants de ce rapport par rapport au troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2021 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ventes consolid\u00e9es de 452,7 millions de dollars, soit une hausse de 26,6 millions de dollars ou 6,2 % ;<\/li>\n<li>Hausse de 11,6 % si l&rsquo;on exclut l&rsquo;impact de la fluctuation d\u00e9favorable de la livre sterling et du dollar canadien par rapport au dollar am\u00e9ricain ;<\/li>\n<li>Croissance organique de 9,8 %, les trois secteurs ayant enregistr\u00e9 une croissance organique positive ;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la dette nette totale de 50,5 millions de dollars ;<\/li>\n<li>Ratio de la dette nette totale sur l&rsquo;EBITDA ajust\u00e9 a baiss\u00e9 \u00e0 1,44x, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de solides r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;exploitation et \u00e0 une gestion saine du fonds de roulement, compensant le capital d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 pour les acquisitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes satisfaits de nos r\u00e9sultats du troisi\u00e8me trimestre qui refl\u00e8tent les efforts continus de nos \u00e9quipes pour apporter des am\u00e9liorations op\u00e9rationnelles impactantes afin de faire progresser notre activit\u00e9. Au cours du trimestre, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une croissance organique dans l&rsquo;ensemble de nos activit\u00e9s, g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des flux de tr\u00e9sorerie significatifs et atteint un EBITDA plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 par rapport au T3 2021 malgr\u00e9 des effets de conversion de devises d\u00e9favorables. Au cours du trimestre, nous avons \u00e9galement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;acquisition de Maslack, l&rsquo;acquisition la plus importante pour Uni-S\u00e9lect depuis que nous avons commenc\u00e9 notre redressement au T2 2021 \u00bb , a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Brian McManus, pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif et chef de la direction de Uni-S\u00e9lect.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab En d\u00e9pit de l&rsquo;impact persistant de la conversion des devises et des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation, l&rsquo;accent que nous mettons sur l&rsquo;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et la discipline en mati\u00e8re de co\u00fbts devrait encore produire une modeste am\u00e9lioration d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;autre au quatri\u00e8me trimestre de 2022. \u00c0 court terme, nous visons \u00e0 stimuler la croissance organique par des gains de volume et \u00e0 d\u00e9gager des synergies des r\u00e9centes acquisitions.
