Le groupe Volvo et Pilot Company, un exploitant de centres de voyage en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, ont sign\u00e9 une lettre d’intention pour d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau national de recharge publique afin de soutenir la mise en service des camions Volvo VNR Electric \u00e0 batterie.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Afin d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau de recharge, Pilot Company a l’intention d’installer une infrastructure de recharge haute performance dans certains centres de voyage Pilot et Flying J \u00e0 travers les \u00c9tats-Unis et sera ouverte aux v\u00e9hicules lourds de toutes marques. Ce partenariat strat\u00e9gique offrira aux parcs de v\u00e9hicules un parcours d’\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 plus fluide en \u00e9liminant l’accessibilit\u00e9 des infrastructures de recharge et les obstacles, notamment les longs d\u00e9lais de r\u00e9alisation des projets et les co\u00fbts d’installation \u00e9lev\u00e9s, qui peuvent autrement retarder le d\u00e9ploiement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV).<\/p>\n

Le Volvo VNR Electric, dont l’autonomie actuelle peut atteindre 442 km (275 miles), a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par Volvo Trucks North America pour permettre aux parcs d’effectuer de la distribution urbaine et r\u00e9gionale sans \u00e9missions d’\u00e9chappement.
