Les cha\u00eenes de distribution, qui ont en grande partie remplac\u00e9 les courroies serpentines sur les voitures modernes, peuvent \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es par des ensembles complets d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par Dayco Aftermarket.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00ab Comme entreprise, sachant que seulement 16 % des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers fonctionnent avec une courroie serpentine aujourd\u2019hui, il nous fallait \u00e9voluer \u00bb, r\u00e9sume Jay Buckley directeur de la gestion des produits chez Dayco. Le fournisseur annon\u00e7ait en effet, lors de sa pr\u00e9sence au Salon AAPEX, le lancement de plusieurs ensembles de cha\u00eenes de distribution, un catalogue de 104 pi\u00e8ces qui couvrent 95\u00a0% de la demande. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons mis l\u2019accent sur les mod\u00e8les les plus probl\u00e9matiques pour proposer des solutions simples et compl\u00e8tes pour les ateliers du march\u00e9 secondaire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Afin d\u2019appuyer ces ensembles qui comprennent la cha\u00eene, mais aussi les guides et tensionneurs qui devraient \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps, Dayco a lanc\u00e9 trois vid\u00e9os de formation pour les techniciens en m\u00e9canique et compte en ajouter une vingtaine sous peu, en anglais, fran\u00e7ais et espagnol.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ce ne sont pas des pi\u00e8ces qui brisent souvent, cependant, quand cela se produit, on parle d\u2019une t\u00e2che complexe qui peut prendre plus de vingt heures\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Jerry Reeves \u00e9galement de Dayco. \u00ab\u00a0Pour l\u2019atelier ind\u00e9pendant, c\u2019est un travail int\u00e9ressant que nous voulons simplifier avec les bonnes pi\u00e8ces et l\u2019accompagnement technique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n
