Lanc\u00e9e au printemps dernier, NexDrive permet \u00e0 des ateliers membres du r\u00e9seau NAPA\u00a0AUTOPRO et NAPA\u00a0AutoCare d\u2019obtenir la formation et l\u2019\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaires pour offrir des services d\u2019entretien et de r\u00e9paration adapt\u00e9s aux v\u00e9hicules de prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes tr\u00e8s fiers d\u2019\u00eatre partenaires avec NAPA et de contribuer au d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un programme de formation national sur l\u2019entretien des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u ici au Qu\u00e9bec et qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnu comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le milieu, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Charles\u00a0Gagnon, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CPCPA. Notre programme a \u00e9t\u00e9 mont\u00e9 suivant des crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins actuels et futurs de l\u2019industrie. Il n\u2019est pas li\u00e9 \u00e0 un constructeur de v\u00e9hicules en particulier et il est mis \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement afin de suivre les \u00e9volutions technologiques. C\u2019est le seul programme qui compte un total de 175\u00a0heures de formation et qui s\u2019appuie sur un r\u00e9seau de ma\u00eetres formateurs certifi\u00e9s en\u00a0V\u00c9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, le programme a permis de former pr\u00e8s de 400\u00a0m\u00e9caniciens automobiles au Qu\u00e9bec et la demande ne cesse d\u2019augmenter, notamment dans les autres provinces canadiennes o\u00f9 ce type de formation n\u2019\u00e9tait pas encore accessible.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La formation des techniciens est l\u2019un des principaux d\u00e9fis que pose l\u2019\u00e9lectrification des transports puisque les propri\u00e9taires de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques souhaitent disposer d\u2019un bon r\u00e9seau de points de service pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins d\u2019entretien et de r\u00e9paration. C\u2019est pourquoi la mise en place d\u2019un programme de formation uniformis\u00e9 et reconnu est au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9ploiement de la banni\u00e8re NexDrive, a expliqu\u00e9 John\u00a0O\u2019Dowd, vice-pr\u00e9sident marketing, NAPA\u00a0Canada.
