Ce syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre \u00e9tendu \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la plateforme de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques du constructeur. En outre, il doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans un v\u00e9hicule hybride rechargeable. Au total, le projet client couvre actuellement dix s\u00e9ries de v\u00e9hicules diff\u00e9rentes. Le volume des commandes se situe dans la fourchette des millions d&rsquo;euros \u00e0 trois chiffres ; le d\u00e9but de la production en s\u00e9rie est pr\u00e9vu pour la mi-2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab HELLA promeut activement l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des v\u00e9hicules depuis des ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il y a plus de cinq ans, par exemple, nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en production en s\u00e9rie un syst\u00e8me de gestion de batterie pour les v\u00e9hicules enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectriques. Parall\u00e8lement, nous sommes le leader mondial du march\u00e9 des convertisseurs de tension DC\/DC 48 volts \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Bj\u00f6rn Twiehaus, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique chez HELLA. \u00ab \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que nous transf\u00e9rons d\u00e9sormais avec succ\u00e8s ces comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puissance haute tension, nous renfor\u00e7ons notre position de fournisseur de premier plan dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 et ouvrons un potentiel de croissance suppl\u00e9mentaire important. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Convertisseurs de tension<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les convertisseurs de tension relient entre elles les classes de tension des diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9seaux de bord d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule. Dans le cadre du projet client qui vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre acquis, les convertisseurs de tension HELLA sont notamment utilis\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;alimentation redondante des composants de la conduite automatis\u00e9e ainsi que pour d&rsquo;autres fonctionnalit\u00e9s importantes pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du r\u00e9seau de bord de 400 ou 800 volts.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit, par exemple, de capteurs de cam\u00e9ra et de radar ainsi que d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le de la direction. En m\u00eame temps, le convertisseur de tension haute tension alimente la batterie de 12 volts, qui est n\u00e9cessaire dans les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ainsi que dans les hybrides rechargeables, entre autres pour le courant de repos et l&rsquo;alimentation redondante. Le premier convertisseur de tension haute tension de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au si\u00e8ge social de HELLA \u00e0 Lippstadt, qui est le centre de comp\u00e9tence mondial pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puissance haute tension.
