D\u00e8s 12 h 30, des pr\u00e9sentations de divers membres de l\u2019Association des Industries automobile du Canada souligneront l\u2019importance de cette association dans l\u2019avancement des dossiers de premi\u00e8re importance pour le march\u00e9 de l\u2019entretien automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Cette entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re sera suivie de trois ateliers d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 45 minutes entrant dans le vif du sujet. Les formateurs de renom Wilson Almeida et Philippe Bussi\u00e8res animeront ainsi un atelier portant sur la technologie des v\u00e9hicules d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui. En vue de la nouvelle r\u00e9glementation sur le bruit qui touchera les ateliers d\u00e8s le 16 juin 2023, elle expliquera aux participants du Grand Forum ce qu\u2019ils doivent savoir sur la protection de l\u2019ou\u00efe. Les ateliers du march\u00e9 secondaire automobile pr\u00e9sentent souvent des environnements o\u00f9 les bruits excessifs et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs peuvent occasionner des dommages s\u00e9rieux \u00e0 l\u2019audition.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9jean Lortie, expert-conseil, conf\u00e9rencier et chef d\u2019orchestre de l\u2019organisation du Grand Forum du Qu\u00e9bec, prendra ensuite la parole pour d\u00e9cortiquer l\u2019approche de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration.
