L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe investit massivement dans les ressources afin de s&rsquo;assurer que la voie \u00e0 suivre est forg\u00e9e par des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es et des experts en la mati\u00e8re qui comprennent le paysage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Alors que nous nous concentrons sur nos activit\u00e9s canadiennes et que nous identifions les domaines d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9, nous avons une chance unique de revenir \u00e0 nos racines \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Jeff Labanovich, directeur de l&rsquo;exploitation de CARSTAR Canada. \u00ab Pour ce faire, nous devons disposer de la bonne structure pour soutenir nos pr\u00e9cieux clients et nous sommes ravis que ces membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe permanente dirigent ces nouveaux d\u00e9partements. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La nouvelle structure<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La nouvelle structure organisationnelle comprendra quatre d\u00e9partements cl\u00e9s : strat\u00e9gie et analyse ; services des sinistres ; assurance ; et promotion et d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La nouvelle \u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de la strat\u00e9gie et de l&rsquo;analyse s&rsquo;attardera \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les tendances, \u00e0 examiner les innovations en mati\u00e8re de v\u00e9hicules et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce que CARSTAR dispose de la bonne technologie pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses clients. Tony Mammone sera d\u00e9sormais le vice-pr\u00e9sident de la strat\u00e9gie et de l&rsquo;analyse afin de diriger ces efforts. Tony n&rsquo;est pas un inconnu dans le secteur, et il a une connaissance approfondie du processus de r\u00e9paration ainsi qu&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience de l&rsquo;analyse des tendances.<\/li>\n<li>Vince Matozzo, vice-pr\u00e9sident des services d&rsquo;indemnisation, continuera \u00e0 superviser ce d\u00e9partement qui comprend le centre d&rsquo;appels. Vince sera rejoint par Marty Smith, d\u00e9sormais directeur des performances des franchis\u00e9s, qui se concentrera sur l&rsquo;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle, la mise en place d&rsquo;infrastructures cl\u00e9s pour soutenir la gestion des cas, l&rsquo;examen des estimations et la supervision de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de gestion des cas.<\/li>\n<li>Adam Ceifets, vice-pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;assurance pour les \u00e9quipes carrosserie et verre, continuera \u00e0 diriger l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de vente d&rsquo;assurance de CARSTAR. Bill Davidge, expert technologique de longue date et d\u00e9sormais directeur de l&rsquo;innovation et de la technologie, rejoindra l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;assurance et fournira une assistance sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e \u00e0 ses pr\u00e9cieux partenaires.<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de promotion et de d\u00e9veloppement nouvellement form\u00e9e apporte un soutien promotionnel r\u00e9gional \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe sur le terrain afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les services offerts aux clients de CARSTAR. Le nouveau responsable de ce d\u00e9partement, Dave Foster, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la promotion et du d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau, s&rsquo;attachera \u00e0 soutenir l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe sur le terrain tout en appuyant les efforts d&rsquo;acquisition et de d\u00e9veloppement. Les directeurs de zone et les directeurs des op\u00e9rations qui leur succ\u00e9deront rel\u00e8veront de Dave.
