{"id":371221,"date":"2022-10-03T17:53:28","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T21:53:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=371221"},"modified":"2022-10-03T17:53:28","modified_gmt":"2022-10-03T21:53:28","slug":"accelerer-les-nouveaux-investissements-dans-linfrastructure-des-vze-au-canada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/parc\/2022\/10\/03\/accelerer-les-nouveaux-investissements-dans-linfrastructure-des-vze-au-canada\/","title":{"rendered":"Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les nouveaux investissements dans l&rsquo;infrastructure des VZ\u00c9 au Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Banque de l\u2019infrastructure du Canada (BIC) annonce le lancement de son Initiative d\u2019infrastructures de recharge et de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne (IRRH) pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission (VZ\u00c9) de 500 millions de dollars. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative a pour objectifs de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre dans le secteur des transports en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant le d\u00e9ploiement par le secteur priv\u00e9 des bornes de recharge de VZ\u00c9 \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et des stations de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne, de stimuler le march\u00e9 pour les investissements priv\u00e9s et de favoriser les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n<p>La disponibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une infrastructure publique de recharge et de ravitaillement constitue un obstacle reconnu \u00e0 l\u2019adoption des VZ\u00c9 partout au Canada. En ao\u00fbt 2022, environ 22 000 bornes de recharge publiques et six stations de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e9taient install\u00e9es au Canada, ce qui est nettement inf\u00e9rieur aux besoins pr\u00e9vus pour soutenir l\u2019adoption des VZ\u00c9.<\/p>\n<p>Le mandat \u00e9largi de la BIC d\u2019investir 500 millions de dollars par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019initiative IRRH a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en avril 2022 dans le cadre du Plan de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions pour 2030 du Canada et du budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Ressources naturelles Canada a \u00e9galement re\u00e7u un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire de 400 millions de dollars pour son Programme d\u2019infrastructure pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 \u00e9mission z\u00e9ro (PIVEZ).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Deux programmes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les deux programmes seront accessibles par le biais d\u2019un guichet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral unique et les propositions qui r\u00e9pondent aux crit\u00e8res suivants seront soumises \u00e0 la BIC pour examen :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle (de nombreux sites, d\u00e9penses totales en immobilisations de plus de 10 millions de dollars)<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9alisation par des promoteurs du secteur priv\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019initiative IRRH s\u2019attaquera \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude quant au taux et au rythme d\u2019adoption des VZ\u00c9, et donc \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des infrastructures, qui constitue un obstacle \u00e0 des investissements importants dans les infrastructures de recharge et de ravitaillement par le secteur priv\u00e9.
