Arnd Franz va devenir PDG et pr\u00e9sident du conseil d&rsquo;administration du groupe MAHLE. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;homme de 57 ans, titulaire d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me en administration des affaires, \u00e9tait depuis 2019 le PDG de LKQ Europe GmbH, \u00e0 Zoug (Suisse), et revient chez MAHLE, o\u00f9 il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 pendant 18 ans. Franz prendra ses fonctions de PDG le 1er novembre 2022. Michael Frick (56 ans), membre de longue date du comit\u00e9 de direction du groupe charg\u00e9 des finances (CFO), quitte l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 sa guise et d\u00e9missionne avec effet au 1er novembre 2022. Son successeur est Markus Kapaun. Cet homme de 48 ans, titulaire d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me en administration des affaires, travaille pour le groupe depuis pr\u00e8s de 20 ans et occupait derni\u00e8rement le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident des finances et de la comptabilit\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je suis heureux que nous ayons pu recruter Arnd Franz, un directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 poss\u00e9dant une profonde compr\u00e9hension de la technologie et une expertise av\u00e9r\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;industrie automobile, pour le poste de PDG \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le professeur Dr Heinz K. Junker, pr\u00e9sident du conseil de surveillance de MAHLE. \u00ab Arnd Franz conna\u00eet parfaitement le Groupe gr\u00e2ce aux postes qu&rsquo;il a occup\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;entreprise et dispose d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau exceptionnel. Avec les autres membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration et l&rsquo;ensemble du personnel, il poursuivra la transformation de MAHLE en ces temps difficiles. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Markus Kapaun<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Markus Kapaun est un expert en finances qui a acquis une r\u00e9putation exceptionnelle au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise au cours de ses nombreuses ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es chez MAHLE. Il poursuivra de mani\u00e8re transparente le travail de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur Michael Frick \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Heinz Junker, expliquant la nomination de Kapaun. \u00ab Au nom du conseil d&rsquo;administration de MAHLE, je tiens \u00e0 remercier Michael Frick pour pr\u00e8s de 20 ans de services remarquablement loyaux et d\u00e9vou\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise. Je pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 Michael Frick mes meilleurs v\u0153ux pour l&rsquo;avenir. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Arnd Franz<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l&rsquo;administration des affaires, Arnd Franz a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 1992 chez Deutsche Industrie-Holding GmbH &amp; Co. KG, Francfort-sur-le-Main. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur commercial chez TEV GmbH, Erlensee, et directeur financier chez Magna Seating Systems Europe GmbH, Lohr am Main. Franz, qui est n\u00e9 \u00e0 Stuttgart, a rejoint MAHLE Tennex North America Inc. \u00e0 Murfreesboro (\u00c9tats-Unis) en tant que directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en 2001. Les ann\u00e9es suivantes, il a occup\u00e9 divers postes au si\u00e8ge du groupe MAHLE \u00e0 Stuttgart avant de devenir PDG de LKQ Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Arnd Franz s&rsquo;engage pour une mobilit\u00e9 propre, s\u00fbre et abordable.
