Dans l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/AME-August-Sept-2022\">\u00e9dition anglophone<\/a> d\u2019<em>Autosphere Mag<\/em>, elle parle d\u2019une possible r\u00e9cession et propose une perspective pertinente pour les gestionnaires d\u2019entreprises au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Elle admet que l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d\u2019une r\u00e9cession g\u00e9n\u00e8re beaucoup d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, mais elle souligne ensuite que \u00ab nous avons de bons coussins de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, surtout au Canada \u00bb. En d\u2019autres termes, malgr\u00e9 le pessimisme des manchettes, une \u00e9ventuelle r\u00e9cession n\u2019\u00e9craserait pas n\u00e9cessairement les entreprises.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une situation complexe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Comme l\u2019explique Mme Young, malgr\u00e9 un ralentissement de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, le march\u00e9 du travail est favorable, et le taux de ch\u00f4mage est \u00e0 son plus bas niveau en 50 ans. Ensuite, de nombreux Canadiens ont accumul\u00e9 des \u00e9conomies qu\u2019ils auraient pu utiliser pour des vacances et d\u2019autres plaisirs, mais qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas pu d\u00e9penser \u00e0 cause de la COVID-19.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Passer aux actes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alors, qu\u2019est-ce que les chefs d\u2019entreprise canadiens sont cens\u00e9s faire de ces nouvelles contradictoires ? Nous pourrions rester les bras crois\u00e9s, r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9penses et laisser la peur d\u2019une r\u00e9cession devenir une proph\u00e9tie qui se r\u00e9alise d\u2019elle-m\u00eame. Ou nous pourrions faire ce qu\u2019Alexandre McCabe, conseiller aux op\u00e9rations r\u00e9seau pour Point S Canada, \u00e9voque dans <a href=\"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/pneus\/2022\/06\/17\/recrutement-et-valorisation-des-travailleurs\/\">sa chronique<\/a> de ce num\u00e9ro d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/AMF-Aout-Sept-2022\"><em>Autosphere Mag<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>M. McCabe est clairement tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir et d\u00e9sireux de voir les entreprises canadiennes r\u00e9ussir. Dans sa chronique, il explique que l\u2019industrie automobile est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une p\u00e9nurie de travailleurs qualifi\u00e9s. Cette situation est connue de tous, mais les solutions de notre chroniqueur, elles, sont nouvelles.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, M. McCabe parle d\u2019une conversation qu\u2019il a entendue r\u00e9cemment, dans laquelle une entreprise freinait ses projets d\u2019expansion parce qu\u2019elle ne trouvait pas les bonnes personnes pour occuper les postes n\u00e9cessaires.
