C’est le 15 d\u00e9cembre qu’aura lieu, au Centre des congr\u00e8s de Saint-Hyacinthe, le Grand Forum du Qu\u00e9bec de l’AIA Canada apr\u00e8s un hiatus de trois ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement rassembleur, qui durera de 13h00 \u00e0 21h00, devrait compter pr\u00e8s de 400 participants. La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition, en 2018, \u00e0 Drummondville, avait attir\u00e9 325 repr\u00e9sentants du secteur de l’entretien automobile.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C’est certain que nous avons tous h\u00e2te de nous retrouver, lance R\u00e9jean Lortie \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l’organisation de l’\u00e9v\u00e8nement. Le Grand Forum du Qu\u00e9bec, sous le th\u00e8me Je suis AIA se veut un lieu d’\u00e9change et de partage o\u00f9 nous allons mettre l’accent sur le sentiment d’appartenance. Il faut que les participants ressentent, qu’ils soient fournisseurs, fabricants ou gestionnaires d’ateliers, qu’ils font tous partie du m\u00eame \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Tous les secteurs du march\u00e9 secondaire automobile sont bien repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et c’est pour nous une grande richesse. Plus ces intervenants apprendront \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre et plus ils pourront tisser des liens professionnels, et souvent personnels, pour faire progresser leurs entreprises et tout le secteur. \u00bb<\/p>\n

M. Lortie est heureux de partager aussi le vent de jeunesse qui souffle sur l’organisation, notamment par l’implication de jeunes talents au sein du Conseil d’administration. Ce rajeunissement du comit\u00e9 de direction va de pair avec la nouvelle dynamique insuffl\u00e9e \u00e0 l’organisation depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, notamment sous l’impulsion de Patrick St-Pierre, visant \u00e0 la faire mieux conna\u00eetre des repr\u00e9sentants de la rel\u00e8ve. L’AIA Canada va en effet poursuivre sa campagne de promotion des m\u00e9tiers de l’automobile en organisant \u00e0 l’automne des pr\u00e9sentations directement dans les centres de formation professionnels.<\/p>\n

Un riche programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pour en revenir plus sp\u00e9cifiquement au contenu de la rencontre du 15 d\u00e9cembre, M. Lortie parle d’un programme bien \u00e9labor\u00e9. En rencontre pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, en d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e, le point sur les rouages qui activent pr\u00e9sentement notre industrie sera fait. Une pr\u00e9sence gouvernementale est pr\u00e9vue pour d\u00e9tailler, entre autres, les programmes de formation mis en branle dans le secteur, notamment en mati\u00e8re d’entretien des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

Par la suite, le groupe sera scind\u00e9 en trois et dirig\u00e9 vers autant d’ateliers. Le premier, sous le th\u00e8me de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en milieu de travail, abordera la pr\u00e9vention des bruits. Le travail en atelier expose en effet les techniciens \u00e0 des bruits puissants et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs qui peuvent \u00e0 la longue causer des dommages permanents \u00e0 l’audition. Plusieurs travailleurs du secteur approchent de la retraite avec des probl\u00e8mes d’auditions irr\u00e9versibles.<\/p>\n

Les formateurs Wilson Almeida et Philippe Bussi\u00e8res poursuivront sur la m\u00eame lanc\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sentant les d\u00e9fis que repr\u00e9sente pour notre secteur d’activit\u00e9 l’\u00e9lectrification des transports. Ils aborderont aussi le r\u00f4le du Comit\u00e9 paritaire des services automobiles dans le double enjeu des d\u00e9fis technologiques et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n

M. Lortie prendra lui-m\u00eame la parole lors du troisi\u00e8me atelier, \u00e0 titre de consultant, pour offrir un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de sa formation portant sur la vente. \u00ab On parle ici d’une approche englobante, explique le principal int\u00e9ress\u00e9. Je parlerai de vendre avec le c\u0153ur, pas uniquement des produits et services \u00e0 nos clients, mais aussi de vendre notre passion au sein m\u00eame de nos entreprises. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Le motivateur et magicien \u00c9tienne Vendette retrouvera tous les participants pour conclure la journ\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentations sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Servir un client c’est magique \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Afin de faciliter les retrouvailles et nouvelles rencontres, un grand cocktail o\u00f9 les participants auront acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de stations d\u00eenatoires se prolongera par une soir\u00e9e casino comptant 15 tables de jeu.<\/p>\n

Inscription d\u00e8s le 15 septembre<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Les gens de l’industrie int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement pourront s’inscrire directement sur le site de l’AIA Canada<\/a> d\u00e8s le 15 septembre. Les profits tir\u00e9s des frais d’inscription, tout comme ceux \u00e9manant du Tournoi de golf, seront vers\u00e9s \u00e0 la fondation Raymond Savard pour la remise de bourses aux repr\u00e9sentants de la rel\u00e8ve dans les centres de formation professionnels.<\/p>\n
