{"id":368193,"date":"2022-08-18T12:19:35","date_gmt":"2022-08-18T16:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=368193"},"modified":"2022-08-18T12:22:04","modified_gmt":"2022-08-18T16:22:04","slug":"remettre-une-nissan-leaf-sur-la-route","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2022\/08\/18\/remettre-une-nissan-leaf-sur-la-route\/","title":{"rendered":"Remettre une Nissan Leaf sur la route"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Il \u00e9tait minuit moins une pour des probl\u00e8mes plus s\u00e9rieux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie haute tension d\u2019une Nissan Leaf.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut se rendre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9vidence qu\u2019avec le projet de loi qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 le 12 janvier dernier renfor\u00e7ant la r\u00e9glementation sur le but d\u2019atteindre la cible de 100\u00a0% de ventes de voitures \u00e9lectriques au Qu\u00e9bec en 2035, n\u2019importe qui, atelier ou technicien, impliqu\u00e9 au niveau de la r\u00e9paration de v\u00e9hicules n\u2019aura pas le choix de s\u2019y pr\u00e9parer pour faire face au nouveau d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est un peu comme quand l\u2019injection a fait son apparition dans nos ateliers il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>En plus des \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leurs r\u00e9parations vont \u00eatre obligatoires si on veut s\u2019attaquer aux probl\u00e8mes plus s\u00e9rieux sur les circuits et \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des batteries haute tension.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Nissan Leaf 2017<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Je vous partage ma plus r\u00e9cente r\u00e9paration faite sur une Nissan Leaf 2017 qui est arriv\u00e9e sur la remorqueuse. \u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, elle s\u2019active en mode accessoires, mais on ne parvient pas \u00e0 la mettre en mode \u00ab\u00a0<i>Ready<\/i>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re v\u00e9rification des codes d\u2019anomalie me fait d\u00e9couvrir qu\u2019un probl\u00e8me au niveau du circuit <i>interlock<\/i> de la batterie est en d\u00e9faut. Lisons un peu la charte tr\u00e8s br\u00e8ve et la surprise que nous avons trouv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><i>P31E1 High Voltage Circuit Interlock Error\u00a0<\/i>:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Le <i>Li-Ion battery controller<\/i> a d\u00e9tect\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me au niveau de ce circuit, emp\u00eachant le mode ready.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, on nous demande de confirmer s\u2019il y a un code dans le module HV Bat. Dans notre cas, non il n\u2019y en a pas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Circuit haute tension<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tape suivante nous demande de faire un d\u00e9samor\u00e7age du circuit haute tension, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance d\u2019avoir l\u2019\u00e9quipement et la formation n\u00e9cessaires pour effectuer cette \u00e9tape.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Les deux prochaines \u00e9tapes nous font v\u00e9rifier l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du circuit<i> interlock <\/i>dans la prise de service haute tension et le connecteur\/circuit haut voltage qui va au <i>Power Delivery Module<\/i>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ici, la charte se g\u00e2te.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Premi\u00e8rement, pour v\u00e9rifier la prise de service, on nous fait descendre la batterie, une \u00e9tape non requise. La boucle du fil du circuit <i>interlock,<\/i>qui revient dans le connecteur, \u00e9tait endommag\u00e9e, et la corrosion a suivi le fil pour s\u2019attaquer aux terminaux de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du connecteur. Cette derni\u00e8re partie m\u2019a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 ouvrir finalement la batterie haute tension, qui n\u00e9cessite aussi d\u2019autres \u00e9quipements de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Une fois le circuit <i>interlock <\/i>r\u00e9par\u00e9, une inspection rapide de la batterie haute tension nous a permis de voir que la plaque avant en aluminium \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s corrod\u00e9e et il y avait m\u00eame un d\u00e9but d\u2019infiltration \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie, situation qui aurait pu avoir des cons\u00e9quences tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieuses et co\u00fbteuses si nous ne l\u2019avions pas vue.<\/p>\n<p>Circuit <i>interlock<\/i> intact, \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la batterie retrouv\u00e9e, la petite Leaf a pu retrouver la route en mode <i>ready<\/i> au grand contentement de l\u2019\u00e9lectromobiliste.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il \u00e9tait minuit moins une pour des probl\u00e8mes plus s\u00e9rieux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la batterie haute tension d\u2019une Nissan Leaf.
