{"id":368058,"date":"2022-08-16T15:11:30","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T19:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=368058"},"modified":"2022-08-16T15:11:30","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T19:11:30","slug":"les-rates-dallumage-dune-hybride","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2022\/08\/16\/les-rates-dallumage-dune-hybride\/","title":{"rendered":"Les rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage d&rsquo;une hybride"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Une Honda Civic \u00e0 essence\/\u00e9lectrique fonctionnait mal avec une compression anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette voiture a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi inhabituel pour nous. Le moteur 4 cylindres de 1,3 litre de cette Honda Civic 2006 combine la lev\u00e9e variable des soupapes, la d\u00e9sactivation des cylindres et un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement hybride. Le client s&rsquo;est plaint d&rsquo;un manque de puissance, d&rsquo;un fonctionnement irr\u00e9gulier du moteur et du fait que le t\u00e9moin de contr\u00f4le du moteur \u00e9tait allum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 de scanner les codes de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le moteur (ECU) du moteur. Nous avons r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 les codes suivants. P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304 qui sont tous des codes de rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage. De plus, il y avait un P1024 (syst\u00e8me de pause de la valve bloqu\u00e9).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e8me de pause de la valve<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les codes, il semble y avoir un probl\u00e8me avec le syst\u00e8me de pause de la valve. Cela pourrait \u00eatre la cause des rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage, mais cela pourrait aussi \u00eatre autre chose. Pour d\u00e9terminer si nous avions un probl\u00e8me avec le syst\u00e8me Valve Pause, nous devions creuser un peu. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape serait de comprendre comment le syst\u00e8me fonctionne, puis de d\u00e9cider de la meilleure fa\u00e7on de le tester.<\/p>\n<p>Le moteur avait des rat\u00e9s lorsque nous avons effectu\u00e9 nos tests. Nous avons d&rsquo;abord effectu\u00e9 les tests habituels qui sont normalement associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un rat\u00e9 d&rsquo;allumage, comme le test de l&rsquo;impulsion de l&rsquo;injecteur, l&rsquo;\u00e9tincelle et la compression. C&rsquo;est une approche typique pour traiter les rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage et elle permet g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;identifier le probl\u00e8me, car la plupart des rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage sont li\u00e9s soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tincelle, soit au carburant. Dans ce cas, nous avons trouv\u00e9 une faible \u00e9tincelle sur le cylindre n\u00b02 et avons remplac\u00e9 la bobine pour faire bonne mesure. Avec la nouvelle bobine install\u00e9e, peu de choses ont chang\u00e9. \u00c0 ce stade, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de nous concentrer sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat m\u00e9canique du moteur. Un test de compression relative a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l&rsquo;un des cylindres pr\u00e9sentait une signature de compression inhabituelle. Une v\u00e9rification rapide des compteurs de rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage a indiqu\u00e9 que le cylindre n\u00b03 montrait le plus de rat\u00e9s d&rsquo;allumage, nous avons donc concentr\u00e9 notre diagnostic ici.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser un capteur de pression intra-cylindre et avons effectu\u00e9 des tests sur les cylindres n\u00b02 et n\u00b03. Le moteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 maintenu \u00e0 1000 tr\/min pour le test afin de rendre le moteur plus souple. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 le cylindre n\u00b02 comme cylindre connu et bon pour obtenir une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le moteur. Le cylindre pr\u00e9sentait une compression de 6,6 bars ou 95 psi. La d\u00e9pression du cylindre \u00e0 la fin de la course d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement et de la course d&rsquo;admission montrait environ 21 pouces de vide. Maintenant que nous avions une base de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, il \u00e9tait temps de regarder le cylindre #3.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Probl\u00e8mes \u00e9vidents<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sans creuser trop profond\u00e9ment dans la forme d&rsquo;onde du cylindre n\u00b03, nous avons d\u00e9couvert des probl\u00e8mes \u00e9vidents. Tout d&rsquo;abord, les cylindres avaient manifestement une compression \u00e9lev\u00e9e (13,7 bars ou 198 psi). Ce chiffre est extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour un moteur tournant \u00e0 1000 tr\/min et un papillon presque ferm\u00e9. Deuxi\u00e8mement, il n&rsquo;y a pas de poche de vide \u00e0 la fin de la course d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement, comme indiqu\u00e9 par la fl\u00e8che. Cela indiquerait que la soupape d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement ne s&rsquo;ouvre pas. Il est clair \u00e0 ce stade que la commande des soupapes doit \u00eatre inspect\u00e9e physiquement. Nous avons alors laiss\u00e9 la voiture \u00e0 l&rsquo;atelier afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent la d\u00e9monter pour d\u00e9terminer la cause exacte. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s que la soupape d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement n\u00b03 et le lobe de came \u00e9taient endommag\u00e9s. L&rsquo;atelier a choisi de mettre un moteur d&rsquo;occasion dans la voiture plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9parer le moteur existant.
