{"id":366240,"date":"2022-07-19T11:02:14","date_gmt":"2022-07-19T15:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=366240"},"modified":"2022-07-19T11:02:14","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T15:02:14","slug":"carstar-parle-adas-lors-de-son-sommet-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2022\/07\/19\/carstar-parle-adas-lors-de-son-sommet-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"CARSTAR parle ADAS lors de son Sommet 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dans le cadre de son sommet qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 Nashville au Tennessee r\u00e9cemment, la question des analyses de donn\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques et des calibrations ADAS a \u00e9t\u00e9 un sujet de premi\u00e8re importance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est lors d\u2019une table ronde qu\u2019Arlo Johnson, vice-pr\u00e9sident principal du segment carrosserie de Driven Brands, organisation qui chapeaute le r\u00e9seau CARSTAR, a expliqu\u00e9 l\u2019importance de d\u00e9velopper le savoir-faire relatif \u00e0 ces technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Il annon\u00e7ait d\u2019ailleurs un partenariat strat\u00e9gique avec les fournisseurs asTech et Opus, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les technologies li\u00e9es aux donn\u00e9es num\u00e9riques automobiles, pour faciliter l\u2019adoption de ces pratiques dans les ateliers du r\u00e9seau qui ne sont pas encore aptes \u00e0 le faire. \u00ab\u00a0Nous voulons simplifier ces processus, poursuit M.\u00a0Johnson, d\u2019o\u00f9 notre association avec ces deux fournisseurs. La ma\u00eetrise de ces outils de diagnostic et de r\u00e9paration fait partie de notre culture. Nous travaillons aussi avec les assureurs et les constructeurs pour rendre le processus plus simple.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon le vice-pr\u00e9sident, l\u2019introduction de ces nouvelles technologies dans les ateliers repr\u00e9sente une belle occasion d\u2019ouvrir les portes aux repr\u00e9sentants de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. \u00ab\u00a0Ajoutez aux outils num\u00e9riques l\u2019av\u00e8nement des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et vous voyez que nous vivons une p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 nous avons une belle occasion d\u2019\u00eatre attrayants pour la rel\u00e8ve.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour avoir un point de vue plus canadien de cette situation, Vince Matozzo a trouv\u00e9 quelques minutes pour nous en expliquer sa perception. \u00ab\u00a0Il est important pour nous que les ateliers se mettent \u00e0 jour. Notre association avec asTech et Opus pourra aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier aux ateliers canadiens. Nous parlons des scans avant et apr\u00e8s r\u00e9paration, mais nous expliquons aussi l\u2019avantage d\u2019effectuer les calibrations de syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite en atelier, quand cela est possible. \u00c9viter de sous-traiter cette op\u00e9ration r\u00e9duit les d\u00e9lais et repr\u00e9sente une valeur ajout\u00e9e pour l\u2019atelier.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es, les fameux scans avant et apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9parations, M. Matozzo indique que tous les ateliers du r\u00e9seau CARSTAR le font sur les mod\u00e8les r\u00e9cents, entendant d\u2019ann\u00e9e de fabrication 2016 en montant. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est avant tout une question de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mentionne le vice-pr\u00e9sident. En ce qui concerne les calibrations des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (ADAS), nous indiquons aux assureurs tous les ateliers qui sont en mesure de le faire selon les sp\u00e9cifications des constructeurs automobiles. Ceci \u00e9tant dit, ce ne sont pas tous les ateliers qui ont l\u2019espace pour effectuer ces t\u00e2ches. Ce que nous encourageons est la collaboration entre ateliers.
