Repr\u00e9sentant la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de d\u00e9taillants automobiles dans la famille, les deux copropri\u00e9taires ont am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans leurs locaux vacants, en 2009, un assortiment de mod\u00e8les Kia, constructeur cherchant \u00e0 faire sa niche au Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque. M. Fichault r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le choix de la banni\u00e8re se faisait plut\u00f4t restreint \u00e0 ce moment, mais, en revanche, il admet que la qualit\u00e9 du produit l\u2019a surpris.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Deux concessionnaires des alentours nous en avaient dit beaucoup de bien. Les mod\u00e8les plus vieux que nous r\u00e9parions n\u2019ayant aucun probl\u00e8me r\u00e9current, l\u2019acquisition s\u2019annon\u00e7ait encourageante.\u00a0Avec le recul, je peux dire que la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 du produit a fait un bond de g\u00e9ant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Si le consommateur a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au fil des ans un attachement \u00e0 la marque sud-cor\u00e9enne, M. Fichault soul\u00e8ve que le fabricant voit juste en offrant des v\u00e9hicules attirants qui sugg\u00e8rent un rapport qualit\u00e9 prix \u00e0 la hauteur des intentions de la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Kia a conserv\u00e9 une gamme de v\u00e9hicules qui sont pertinents \u00e0 vendre au Qu\u00e9bec. Alors que la tendance favorise les regroupements de concessions pour une mainmise accrue du march\u00e9, Beno\u00eet Fichault lance d\u2019embl\u00e9e que leur marque de commerce se r\u00e9sume en deux mots\u00a0: propri\u00e9taires occupants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce contact direct entre les propri\u00e9taires et le client, nous g\u00e9rons les situations sur place pour trouver rapidement des solutions afin de satisfaire les besoins. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous estimons qu\u2019il est important de conserver un noyau de personnel auquel les consommateurs s\u2019identifient. Ils sont \u00e0 l\u2019aise de magasiner dans un environnement o\u00f9 ils ne passent pas pour des num\u00e9ros.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, le principal int\u00e9ress\u00e9 note que ce sentiment de confiance se refl\u00e8te dans l\u2019approche des employ\u00e9s d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la concession jour apr\u00e8s jour. Une philosophie qui porte ses fruits, puisque Fichault Kia, en 2016, s\u2019est vu remettre le titre de Concessionnaire prestige pour ses performances de vente et la qualit\u00e9 de son service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Transparence et syst\u00e8me D<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si l\u2019ensemble des manufacturiers \u00e9prouvent quelques probl\u00e8mes en termes de pouvoir de livraison de v\u00e9hicules, les besoins du consommateur \u00e0 cet effet restent les m\u00eames. Or, pour mieux assurer le lien entre la source et la demande, Beno\u00eet Fichault et son \u00e9quipe pr\u00f4nent la transparence parce que, dit-il, \u00ab\u00a0notre cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 comme vendeurs de voitures est nulle.\u00a0Nous fournissons donc toutes les explications n\u00e9cessaires au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le dossier \u00e9volue pour un maximum de compr\u00e9hension de la situation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Quant au volet concernant les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, MM. Fichault et Hudon, conscients que les ventes de V\u00c9 demeurent encore frileuses, pr\u00e9cisent s\u2019en remettre aux bons soins du manufacturier, ajoutant que \u00ab\u00a0Kia fait partie de la parade et ne cesse de regarder devant. Les gens en parlent beaucoup, mais ils doivent \u00eatre patients, car l\u2019attente se prolonge avec la situation actuelle\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, si le virage Web alimente les discussions dans les chaumi\u00e8res qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, Fichault Kia, au fil du confinement et en respectant \u00e0 la lettre les mesures sanitaires, a poursuivi dans la m\u00eame veine humaine. L\u2019id\u00e9e consistait \u00e0 demeurer en contact t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec les clients afin de trouver des solutions en pr\u00e9sentiel dans des endroits s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour peaufiner le processus de vente sans n\u00e9gliger les conseils professionnels et pour proc\u00e9der aux \u00e9changes de v\u00e9hicules le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.
