Le formateur Michel Julien a construit un programme orient\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement vers les ateliers de carrosserie qui souhaitent effectuer \u00e0 l\u2019interne les calibrations des syst\u00e8mes ADAS<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le 8 juin, Autosphere.ca<\/em> a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une rencontre o\u00f9 ce programme, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en partenariat avec le sp\u00e9cialiste du march\u00e9 secondaire Fran\u00e7ois Bertrand, a \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail. De plus, la pr\u00e9sentation de Michel Julien \u00e9tait suivie d\u2019une d\u00e9monstration d\u2019alignement et de calibrations directement dans le centre de formation moderne de Leader Auto Ressources (LAR).<\/p>\n

Cette formation sur la calibration ADAS vient compl\u00e9ter le programme de formation en balayage et gestion de donn\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques, qui est d\u2019ailleurs pr\u00e9requis pour l\u2019inscription. La formation Calibration ADAS disponible en ligne 24\/7 explique les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes avanc\u00e9s d\u2019aide \u00e0 la conduite, la multitude de composantes existantes et la fa\u00e7on de les calibrer.<\/p>\n

D\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu, M.\u00a0Julien a expliqu\u00e9 aux participants \u00e0 cette soir\u00e9e d\u2019information qu\u2019en effet, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9voluent constamment et les constructeurs automobiles ajoutent constamment des capteurs, radar, lidar et autres cam\u00e9ras pour r\u00e9duire les risques d\u2019accident en voyant parfois ce que le conducteur ne voit pas.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0En pr\u00e9vision des v\u00e9hicules autonomes, les constructeurs multiplient les capteurs pour cartographier l\u2019environnement du v\u00e9hicule, mais aussi, le comportement du conducteur, explique-t-il. Entre-temps, l\u2019atelier de carrosserie doit vraiment se positionner et prendre la d\u00e9cision d\u2019affaires \u00e0 savoir s\u2019il se lance ou pas dans la calibration ADAS des v\u00e9hicules qui lui sont confi\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Comme il le mentionnait avant de passer \u00e0 la d\u00e9monstration, un client qui comprend l\u2019importance de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer son v\u00e9hicule avec tous les syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en ordre et bien calibr\u00e9s va s\u2019attendre \u00e0 ce que son assureur demande et paie pour ces travaux. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance selon lui de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019analyse approfondie des donn\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques lors de la pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019estimation, question d\u2019identifier les composantes ADAS qui devront \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9es et calibr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Environnement ADAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tout en pr\u00e9parant la d\u00e9monstration d\u2019un alignement et d\u2019une calibration de cam\u00e9ra M. Julien a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019un atelier de carrosserie qui souhaite faire ces op\u00e9rations dans ses locaux doit r\u00e9unir certaines conditions. Le local consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 ces calibrations doit pr\u00e9senter un plancher de niveau, un \u00e9clairage ad\u00e9quat et suffisamment d\u2019espace pour effectuer l\u2019ajustement des capteurs.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0De plus, il vous faut un technicien qualifi\u00e9 qui ne sera pas d\u00e9rang\u00e9 \u00e0 tout bout de champ lors de cette op\u00e9ration qui demande beaucoup de concentration. Il faut aussi que le technicien ait acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des outils mis \u00e0 jour et aux cibles sp\u00e9cifiques pour chaque mod\u00e8le, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant\u00a0\u00bb, explique le formateur.<\/p>\n

\u00c9quipements ADAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La d\u00e9monstration relative \u00e0 la formation ADAS reposait sur une combinaison d\u2019\u00e9quipements incluant l\u2019ensemble de calibration MaxiSys ADAS et le syst\u00e8me de positionnement optique pour calibration Autel ADAS. Ce second \u00e9quipement acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la prise de mesures, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la calibration et en assure la pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n

Mentionnons que les carrossiers int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la calibration ADAS dans leurs op\u00e9rations peuvent aussi se pr\u00e9valoir d\u2019une offre sp\u00e9ciale d\u2019achat des deux \u00e9quipements mentionn\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration du fournisseur ISN Canada. Un forfait de formation avec l\u2019acquisition est offert afin, comme le mentionne M. Julien, que les ateliers aient non seulement les outils pour faire le travail, mais les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires. Les deux vont de pair. \u00bb<\/p>\n
