SATA propose un cours de huit semaines sur la retouche automobile, destin\u00e9 \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par un avenir dans la peinture automobile. Les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent leur certification Ontario 410N, qui est l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de la certification Sceau rouge de technicien en finition automobile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Depuis 1980, Tropicana Community Services s&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;aider les jeunes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gion de Toronto en leur offrant des possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re et d&#8217;emploi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">L&rsquo;une des offres les plus populaires de Tropicana est le programme de pr\u00e9apprentissage L-1 en carrosserie automobile, con\u00e7u pour donner aux \u00e9tudiants une compr\u00e9hension de base de la r\u00e9paration des carrosseries, afin de les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un apprentissage dans l&rsquo;atelier.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Apprentissage en classe et sur le terrain<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le cours comprenait \u00e0 la fois un apprentissage en classe et une formation pratique. Rob Hill, formateur r\u00e9put\u00e9 dans le secteur, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants les bases de la peinture, l&rsquo;appr\u00eat, les techniques de peinture, la coloration et la correspondance des couleurs. Le but de ce programme est de s&rsquo;assurer que les \u00e9tudiants ont une bonne compr\u00e9hension de base de la peinture automobile, de la couleur et de l&rsquo;application au moment de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement du programme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le cours permet \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tudiant de savoir s&rsquo;il souhaite passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante pour devenir un peintre professionnel \u00e0 temps plein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Le cours, qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 au centre de formation de SATA Canada, a permis aux \u00e9tudiants d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une salle de classe ultramoderne de 2500 m2 contenant une cabine de pulv\u00e9risation commerciale \u00e0 deux baies, des zones de pr\u00e9paration et une salle de classe pouvant accueillir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 40 personnes.
