Cependant, leur r\u00e9paration pose des d\u00e9fis particuliers pour les ateliers de carrosserie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une surface satin\u00e9e donne \u00e0 un v\u00e9hicule un style sp\u00e9cial et le distingue des autres, particuli\u00e8rement chez les manufacturiers de voiture de luxe.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9parations n\u00e9cessitent une pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s minutieuse et d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences professionnelles. Les pratiques courantes utilis\u00e9es pour les vernis conventionnels ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es sur un vernis mat. En effet, il n\u2019est pas possible de poncer et polir les d\u00e9fauts qui pourraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents sur la surface une fois la r\u00e9paration compl\u00e9t\u00e9e, comme les grains de poussi\u00e8re. La r\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e correctement du premier coup.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Comment \u00e7a fonctionne<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Pour obtenir un vernis mat, on ajoute un additif \u00e0 un vernis conventionnel. Cet additif est compos\u00e9 de grains de silice fum\u00e9s. Un vernis conventionnel a une surface tr\u00e8s lisse et refl\u00e8te la presque totalit\u00e9 de la lumi\u00e8re. La silice contenue dans un vernis mat cr\u00e9e une surface textur\u00e9e qui diffuse la lumi\u00e8re dans plusieurs directions ce qui r\u00e9duit le lustre. PHOTO Exalta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><b>Les points \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas possible de corriger les d\u00e9fauts de surface, la propret\u00e9 de la cabine est de la plus haute importance. Le technicien doit \u00e9galement porter une combinaison et des gants pour \u00e9viter de contaminer la surface.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs facteurs vont influencer l\u2019apparence et le niveau de lustre d\u2019un vernis mat\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9paisseur totale de vernis appliqu\u00e9, la technique d\u2019application (ex: distance du pistolet vs le panneau), conditions d\u2019application, s\u00e9lection de durcisseur et de diluant ainsi que la m\u00e9thode de s\u00e9chage utilis\u00e9e. La cuisson est la m\u00e9thode de choix pour ce type de fini.<\/p>\n<p>Il est imp\u00e9ratif de cr\u00e9er des panneaux d\u2019essai pour d\u00e9terminer la bonne combinaison pour effectuer la r\u00e9paration. Cet exercice doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 le plus t\u00f4t possible pendant le processus de r\u00e9paration et non quand le v\u00e9hicule arrive au d\u00e9partement de peinture.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a des diff\u00e9rences notables sur les v\u00e9hicules de production. Par exemple, le niveau de lustre sur une Mercedes est de 23, avec plus ou moins 7 unit\u00e9s de tol\u00e9rance. Ce qui veut dire qu\u2019on pourrait avoir un v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 30 et un autre \u00e0 16, et les deux seraient dans les tol\u00e9rances. Cette diff\u00e9rence serait tr\u00e8s visible \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Types de r\u00e9parations<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Tous les types de r\u00e9parations repr\u00e9sentent un d\u00e9fi, m\u00eame les plus petites. Il n\u2019est pas possible par exemple de corriger des marques d\u2019ongles qui sont dans la cavit\u00e9 sous la poign\u00e9e de porte. M\u00eame si le dommage est petit, la totalit\u00e9 du panneau doit \u00eatre vernie.
