Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de temp\u00e9rature d\u2019habitacle qui ne fonctionne pas bien nous a demand\u00e9 une nouvelle enqu\u00eate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il y a des jours o\u00f9 on fait des r\u00e9parations qui, complexes et simples en m\u00eame temps, nous apportent un niveau de satisfaction et de fiert\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 en tant que technicien. Prenons par exemple cette r\u00e9paration que nous avons effectu\u00e9e sur une Corvette d\u00e9capotable 1989.<\/p>\n

La plainte du client\u00a0: le syst\u00e8me de chauffage et de climatisation automatique semble ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature voulue dans l\u2019habitacle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c7a nous laisse froids<\/b><\/h2>\n

\u00c0 notre premi\u00e8re v\u00e9rification, on peut tr\u00e8s bien observer que si on met la temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9sir\u00e9e au plus chaud, la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air qui sort du syst\u00e8me de ventilation reste tr\u00e8s froide. On ne peut avoir de chaleur. Avant de chercher plus loin, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que c\u2019est un syst\u00e8me avec un contr\u00f4le \u00e9lectronique, la premi\u00e8re t\u00e2che serait de v\u00e9rifier s\u2019il y a des codes d\u2019anomalie. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En 1989, on nous demande d\u2019appuyer sur Ext Temp<\/i> et Auto<\/i> pour que le module nous indique les codes pr\u00e9sents.\u00a0<\/span>Prenez note que si cette man\u0153uvre ne fonctionne pas, c\u2019est que vous n\u2019avez pas choisi le bon bouton Auto<\/em>. Aucun code de pr\u00e9sent pour l\u2019instant. Dans cette situation, on passe \u00e0 la charte de S<\/em>ymptom testing<\/i>, et on descend \u00e0 T<\/em>emperature of air discharged from vents is incorrect, no fault codes,<\/i>\u00a0qui nous dirige \u00e0 la charte test A : Heater and A\/C Programmer<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de tests nous fait v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alimentation et la masse du module qui contr\u00f4lent les diff\u00e9rentes valves au vacuum pour la direction de la ventilation et l\u2019actionneur de la temp\u00e9rature. Tous passent le test, alors on passe au tableau 2. C\u2019est ici que l\u2019on trouve le probl\u00e8me. Ici, on nous fait v\u00e9rifier l\u2019alimentation de l\u2019actionneur de temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des fils. L\u2019alimentation 12 V n\u2019y est pas. Cette conclusion nous m\u00e8ne au tableau 4. Ce tableau nous fait compl\u00e9ter une derni\u00e8re v\u00e9rification, question de confirmer que le module est vraiment en d\u00e9faut, ce qui est le cas.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du module<\/b><\/h2>\n

Puisque la pi\u00e8ce n\u2019est pas disponible, on d\u00e9cide d\u2019ouvrir le module (A\/C Programmer<\/i>), question de voir s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas quelque chose qu\u2019on puisse y faire. C\u2019est ici qu\u2019on peut constater que deux soudures sur la carte de circuits imprim\u00e9s sont compromises. Deux petites soudures ont suffi pour rendre le syst\u00e8me op\u00e9rationnel comme en 1989.<\/p>\n

Un client plus que content de retrouver sa Corvette r\u00e9par\u00e9e, juste \u00e0 temps pour la saison estivale\u00a0!<\/p>\n
