Driven Brands, la plus grande entreprise de services automobiles en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, a \u00e9tendu son partenariat avec le Women’s Industry Network (WIN) pour 2022, poursuivant ainsi son engagement \u00e0 offrir des opportunit\u00e9s de croissance de carri\u00e8re et de leadership aux femmes dans l’industrie de la peinture, de la carrossserie et de la r\u00e9paration du verre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La mission du Women’s Industry Network est de soutenir et de renforcer le r\u00f4le des femmes dans le secteur de la r\u00e9paration de carrosserie, en encourageant l’\u00e9ducation, l’avancement professionnel et le r\u00e9seautage. Le conseil d’administration de WIN a pour mission de guider l’organisation dans la r\u00e9alisation de ces initiatives. Ce groupe enti\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9vole repr\u00e9sente divers segments de l’industrie de la carrosserie, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les installations de r\u00e9paration, les fournisseurs, les consultants, les fournisseurs d’informations et les compagnies d’assurance.<\/p>\n

Fier de soutenir WIN<\/b><\/h2>\n

WIN s’engage \u00e0 soutenir financi\u00e8rement les femmes qui d\u00e9montrent leur d\u00e9sir d’exceller dans le domaine de la r\u00e9paration de carrosserie. Ils offrent une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de bourses d’\u00e9tudes et de prix financiers qui fournissent une aide \u00e0 la scolarit\u00e9, des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements d’enrichissement aux candidats qualifi\u00e9s. De plus, chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d’une bourse re\u00e7oit une adh\u00e9sion d’un an \u00e0 WIN afin de les soutenir dans leur d\u00e9marche et de leur donner un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 dans la poursuite de leurs objectifs.<\/p>\n
