Le plaignant a all\u00e9gu\u00e9 que le pneu BFGoodrich avait \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9fectueuse par Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab Michelin est satisfait du verdict du jury dans cette affaire. Bien que nous regrettions sinc\u00e8rement cet accident tragique, les preuves pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es tout au long des six jours de proc\u00e8s ont montr\u00e9 que le pneu BFGoodrich avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 endommag\u00e9 pendant sa dur\u00e9e de vie et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas con\u00e7u ou fabriqu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9fectueuse. Michelin continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre vigoureusement la qualit\u00e9 de classe mondiale de l&rsquo;ensemble de ses marques, y compris BFGoodrich, un leader de l&rsquo;industrie offrant des solutions s\u00fbres et innovantes pour le segment des camions l\u00e9gers. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;affaire se nomme Schick c.
