L&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les propri\u00e9taires d&rsquo;ateliers de carrosserie \u2013 la formation et l&rsquo;investissement des techniciens \u2013 sera au centre du webinaire.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Chris Chesney, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la formation et du d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel chez Repairify, qui fera la pr\u00e9sentation le 28 avril, l&rsquo;absence de normes de formation claires et de responsabilit\u00e9 au sein du secteur a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 un obstacle majeur au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une formation efficace pour les techniciens. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin de mettre en \u0153uvre un programme de formation efficace au sein de l&rsquo;atelier, le propri\u00e9taire\/gestionnaire doit disposer d&rsquo;un processus efficace et s&rsquo;engager envers ce processus et son personnel.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reproductible, mesurable et responsable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>M. Chesney fait remarquer que la cl\u00e9 est d&rsquo;adopter un processus qui soit reproductible, mesurable et responsable pour toutes les parties concern\u00e9es. Et ce processus doit \u00eatre mis en place avant chaque r\u00e9paration. M. Chesney consid\u00e8re qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit essentiellement d&rsquo;un triage, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire qu&rsquo;il faut prendre les informations disponibles avant la r\u00e9paration, les analyser, puis tirer des conclusions de ce r\u00e9sultat afin de prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Cela permet \u00e0 un atelier d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir de meilleures estimations, ce qui se traduit par de meilleures r\u00e9parations, des temps de cycle plus courts, des parties prenantes plus satisfaites et des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices plus importants. Cela devient de plus en plus important \u00e0 mesure que les v\u00e9hicules deviennent de plus en plus perfectionn\u00e9s et complexes \u00e0 r\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, pour que ce processus fonctionne de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e, il est essentiel de d\u00e9finir un plan de carri\u00e8re pour votre personnel et vos techniciens, afin que, comme l&rsquo;entreprise, ils puissent continuer \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper, \u00e0 \u00e9voluer et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs connaissances et leurs comp\u00e9tences.
