Plus de 400 \u00e9tudiants des secteurs de la carrosserie et de la m\u00e9canique automobile ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9s par les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019AIA Qu\u00e9bec dans le cadre de la Journ\u00e9e AIA Canada le 21 mars dernier.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans le cadre du dossier de la rel\u00e8ve du comit\u00e9 de la division du Qu\u00e9bec,<\/p>\n

Patrick Saint-Pierre qui en est le responsable, assist\u00e9 de Mario Comtois, d\u2019\u00c9lisabeth Lambert, de Jonathan Adam, de R\u00e9jean Lortie et de Vincent Nicoletti, voulait pallier l\u2019arr\u00eat forc\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s de la foire aux stages qui avaient connu un grand succ\u00e8s avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00ab Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019AIA Canada \u00bb du 21 mars dernier a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en poursuivant l\u2019objectif de faire conna\u00eetre l\u2019AIA Canada et le march\u00e9 secondaire aux \u00e9tudiants en m\u00e9canique automobile et en carrosserie des centres de formation professionnelle (CFP) afin de les informer sur ce qu\u2019est le march\u00e9 secondaire et ses excellentes possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

La collaboration des CFP<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Avec la collaboration de plusieurs enseignants de quatre CFP dont les responsables principaux \u00e9taient Yves Thibert de l\u2019\u00c9M\u00c9MM, Jean R\u00e9nald Jeune du CFP Verdun, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cyr de l\u2019\u00c9cole des m\u00e9tiers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de Laval et Jonathan Bourque, conseiller p\u00e9dagogique du Centre Daniel-Johnson, deux pr\u00e9sentations virtuelles en diffusion simultan\u00e9e, anim\u00e9es par Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Champagne, pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AIA Canada, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9es pour les \u00e9tudiants des groupes de jour et de soir suivies des t\u00e9moignages en personne des membres du comit\u00e9 de direction et de propri\u00e9taires d\u2019entreprise du march\u00e9 secondaire.<\/p>\n

Au total, 430 \u00e9tudiants ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation. Ils avaient pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des questions et ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat aux t\u00e9moignages des gens de l\u2019industrie sur leur carri\u00e8re. \u00ab En temps de p\u00e9nurie de main-d’\u0153uvre, il n\u2019en tient qu\u2019aux acteurs du march\u00e9 secondaire de bien les accueillir et de les soutenir dans leurs objectifs \u00bb, mentionne un communiqu\u00e9 \u00e9mis apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Fi\u00e8re de ce succ\u00e8s, la division du Qu\u00e9bec a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu la tenue d\u2019une autre Journ\u00e9e de l\u2019AIA Canada en septembre 2022.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que l\u2019Association des industries de l\u2019automobile (AIA) du Canada est l\u2019association sectorielle nationale qui regroupe l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement et de services du march\u00e9 secondaire de l\u2019automobile.
