L\u2019approche doit passer de l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre surveill\u00e9 du partage de la pr\u00e9occupation de la sant\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. Il faut que l\u2019employ\u00e9 sente que l\u2019entreprise tient \u00e0 lui et qu\u2019elle met en place des param\u00e8tres pour pr\u00e9venir des accidents ou des maladies.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019analyse de la NAFA, la fatigue au volant, le stress ou encore la mauvaise alimentation ont un impact sur le d\u00e9veloppement de maladie ou l\u2019occurrence d\u2019accidents. \u00c9videmment, l\u2019absence d\u2019un travailleur pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 a un impact imm\u00e9diat sur les op\u00e9rations et la productivit\u00e9 de toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La d\u00e9sinfection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a mis au-devant de la sc\u00e8ne l\u2019importance de la d\u00e9contamination des v\u00e9hicules, surtout s\u2019ils sont partag\u00e9s par plusieurs utilisateurs. La COVID n\u2019est qu\u2019une des nombreuses sources de contamination pr\u00e9sentes dans un v\u00e9hicule. On a ainsi constat\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes de moisissures nocives dans le syst\u00e8me de ventilation de v\u00e9hicules r\u00e9cents.
