Notre approche est englobante et couvre tous les aspects de la mobilit\u00e9 moderne, allant des cours de conduite aux services-conseils en passant par les ateliers recommand\u00e9s et le d\u00e9pannage routier d\u2019urgence. L\u2019offre aux membres est en \u00e9volution constante et vise \u00e0 ajouter de la valeur \u00e0 leur adh\u00e9sion. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau des garages recommand\u00e9s qui souligne son 45<sup>e<\/sup> anniversaire, est un rouage primordial dans la m\u00e9canique de cette organisation dont l\u2019enviable r\u00e9putation repose sur la qualit\u00e9 et la rigueur de ses services. Plus de 350 ateliers qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois font partie de ce club s\u00e9lect. Un club s\u00e9lect, car ils doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res rigoureux en mati\u00e8re technique, mais aussi en ce qui a trait \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Satisfaction de la client\u00e8le<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Historiquement pour notre r\u00e9seau, explique Jacques Maheux, directeur du r\u00e9seau des garages recommand\u00e9s, la mise en place d\u2019un sondage de satisfaction de nos membres s\u2019adressant \u00e0 un des ateliers du r\u00e9seau, en 1992, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un point tournant. Je crois que cette mesure a grandement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 rehausser la qualit\u00e9 des services d\u2019entretien et de r\u00e9paration dans les ateliers de m\u00e9canique au Qu\u00e9bec. Je dois souligner le remarquable engagement de ces gestionnaires qui, tout comme notre organisation, n\u2019ont pour mission que de continuellement s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Le logo \u00ab\u00a0garage recommand\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb inspire confiance \u00e0 juste titre aux automobilistes et nous tenons \u00e0 ce que la qualit\u00e9 soit au rendez-vous. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait ainsi illustrer cette \u00e9volution vers le haut en mentionnant que les garages recommand\u00e9s doivent obligatoirement souscrire au programme environnemental cl\u00e9 verte. Labb\u00e9, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es des v\u00e9hicules, dans le cadre du vaste et crucial enjeu du droit \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration, est primordial. \u00ab\u00a0Avec l\u2019av\u00e8nement des v\u00e9hicules connect\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9change et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux informations n\u00e9cessaires pour leur entretien sont de toute premi\u00e8re importance pour notre secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.
