Aussi, nous avons r\u00e9cemment acquis une plateforme RH qui automatise le processus et permet au gestionnaire et \u00e0 l\u2019employ\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer en continu. Est-ce qu&rsquo;un trop grand nombre de patrons consid\u00e8rent encore leurs employ\u00e9s comme des subalternes? Je crois qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui, employeurs et employ\u00e9s doivent travailler en collaboration.
