Les conseils d\u2019administration de Point S Canada et Distribution Stox ont annonc\u00e9 la nomination de Jean Novak \u00e0 titre de pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction des deux entreprises. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c0 la suite de l\u2019annonce du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite de M. Bruno Leclair en octobre 2021, M. Novak et M. Leclair travailleront ensemble de mani\u00e8re \u00e9troite jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite de M. Leclair, le 31 mai 2022, afin d\u2019assurer une transition harmonieuse.<\/p>\n

Comptant plus de 30 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au sein d\u2019entreprises d\u2019envergure, M. Novak a travaill\u00e9 dans plusieurs industries hautement concurrentielles, dont celles des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, des technologies, des r\u00e9seaux de d\u00e9tails et des biens de consommation. M. Novak est un b\u00e2tisseur et un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de croissance qui a su au fil de sa carri\u00e8re, d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux march\u00e9s, y prendre des positions de leadership, innover pour offrir de nouvelles gammes de produits et red\u00e9finir en continu de nouveaux standards visant \u00e0 toujours offrir la meilleure exp\u00e9rience client. Il est titulaire d\u2019un BAC en administration des affaires de HEC Montr\u00e9al et d\u00e9tient une certification universitaire en gouvernance de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je suis extr\u00eamement heureux d\u2019accueillir Jean au sein de nos deux entreprises. Jean est un gestionnaire chevronn\u00e9 dans le monde des affaires et je suis convaincu qu\u2019il mettra sa pr\u00e9cieuse exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 profit afin de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs des deux entreprises pour les prochaines ann\u00e9es.
