Ils sont con\u00e7us pour combler des d\u00e9fauts mineurs et donner une surface lisse et uniforme pour l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante qui est la peinture des panneaux endommag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les appr\u00eats conventionnels \u00e0 l\u2019ur\u00e9thane jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le temps de cycle total d\u2019une r\u00e9paration. Une fois appliqu\u00e9s, il y a deux options disponibles pour les faire s\u00e9cher avant de pouvoir les poncer. La premi\u00e8re est d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le s\u00e9chage \u00e0 l\u2019aide de chaleur ou d\u2019infrarouges pour augmenter la productivit\u00e9. Selon le nombre de couches et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de film, le s\u00e9chage peut prendre de quinze \u00e0 trente minutes en moyenne selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde est de laisser le produit s\u00e9cher de lui-m\u00eame, ralentissant consid\u00e9rablement le temps de cycle. Dans ce cas, le temps d\u2019attente peut \u00eatre de quelques heures ou jusqu\u2019au lendemain, selon les conditions, le nombre de couches et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de film. Si on ponce sans avoir suffisamment attendu, il y a de fortes chances d\u2019avoir des probl\u00e8mes de calage et autres d\u00e9fauts dans l\u2019apparence finale du fini de peinture.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019apport de l\u2019UV<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La technologie UV est diff\u00e9rente. L\u2019appr\u00eat contient des photo-inhibiteurs sous forme de petites bulles qui jouent le r\u00f4le du durcisseur. Il n\u2019y a donc aucun m\u00e9lange de produits n\u00e9cessaire. Une fois appliqu\u00e9, l\u2019appr\u00eat est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des rayons UV. Les bulles vont se dissoudre, lib\u00e9rant le durcisseur et provoquant le s\u00e9chage.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des principaux avantages est la rapidit\u00e9 de vitesse de s\u00e9chage. En effet, selon la technologie utilis\u00e9e par les manufacturiers et le rayonnement UV utilis\u00e9, l\u2019appr\u00eat s\u00e8che entre 30 secondes et quelques minutes. Ceci offre la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019offrir un service de r\u00e9paration rapide effectu\u00e9e en une journ\u00e9e de type \u00ab\u00a0fast lane\u00a0\u00bb pour des r\u00e9parations mineures.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a aussi plusieurs autres avantages. Tout d\u2019abord, le durcissement de l\u2019appr\u00eat est complet si les param\u00e8tres d\u2019application et de s\u00e9chage sont respect\u00e9s. Aucun calage ne sera possible une fois les op\u00e9rations de peinture termin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Moins de perte<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il y a aussi une \u00e9conomie de mat\u00e9riel. Il est difficile d\u2019\u00e9valuer avec une grande pr\u00e9cision la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019appr\u00eat requise pour une r\u00e9paration. Avec un appr\u00eat ur\u00e9thane, tout mat\u00e9riel restant doit \u00eatre jet\u00e9, car il va durcir \u00e9ventuellement. Cependant, toute quantit\u00e9 restante d\u2019appr\u00eat UV peut \u00eatre remise dans son contenant, car il ne s\u00e9chera que lorsqu\u2019il est expos\u00e9 aux rayons UV.<\/p>\n<p>Le port de l\u2019\u00e9quipement de protection appropri\u00e9 est primordial. L\u2019\u00e9quipement de protection respiratoire est requis. L\u2019exposition aux rayonnements UV est dangereuse pour la peau et les yeux. Une combinaison de protection et des gants sont requis pour prot\u00e9ger la peau.
