Je fais partie d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe exceptionnelle qui fait en sorte que les accidents ne se produisent pas. J&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;environnement positif, le formidable travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et la grande r\u00e9putation que nous avons acquise dans notre communaut\u00e9. Je soutiens et respecte mes coll\u00e8gues et je me sens sinc\u00e8rement respect\u00e9e et soutenue. Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, c&rsquo;est une exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage merveilleuse et enrichissante. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mme Parsons dit que son chemin vers l&rsquo;industrie de la r\u00e9paration de carrosserie a commenc\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une f\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je me trouvais par hasard \u00e0 un d\u00eener o\u00f9 le propri\u00e9taire Gary Boucher \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent, se souvient-elle. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 discuter et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, je n&rsquo;avais aucune id\u00e9e qu&rsquo;il cherchait une personne pour son service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Il m&rsquo;a propos\u00e9 un entretien le lendemain et le reste appartient \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire. Dans ce secteur, je ne me permets pas de me consid\u00e9rer comme moins qu&rsquo;\u00e9gale \u00e0 mes homologues masculins. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon travail acharn\u00e9 et \u00e0 ma volont\u00e9 de m&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer chaque jour, je me consid\u00e8re comme une \u00e9gale. J&rsquo;ai la confiance et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir ce que je dis et, si je n&rsquo;ai aucune id\u00e9e, je dispose d&rsquo;une merveilleuse \u00e9quipe de ressources pour trouver la solution. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mme Parsons note que les femmes ont un avantage lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les femmes sont tr\u00e8s m\u00e9ticuleuses, attentionn\u00e9es, innovantes et expertes en gestion du temps, a-t-elle not\u00e9. Les accidents ne font pas de discrimination de genre.
