L\u2019envoi d\u2019une lettre, un coup de fil ou encore un courriel de rappel ou pour les aviser d\u2019une offre sp\u00e9ciale sont pratiques courantes, mais r\u00e9coltent des r\u00e9sultats parfois mitig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le contact par texto est un compl\u00e9ment important et n\u00e9glig\u00e9 par les concessionnaires, explique Isaiah Rendorio et Marc Hansen de la firme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Podium. \u00c0 peine 12\u00a0% des commerces de d\u00e9tail, incluant les concessionnaires automobiles, se servent de cet outil de communication pour convertir des clients potentiels et fid\u00e9liser leurs clients actifs. Le texto est une approche plus directe qui tranche dans le bruit des sollicitations commerciales dont sont bombard\u00e9s les consommateurs. Cependant, il faut bien cibler son utilisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Obtenir le consentement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, il faut qu\u2019au cours de la discussion, qu\u2019elle soit par le truchement d\u2019un clavardage avec le client sur le site du concessionnaire ou lors d\u2019une rencontre en personne, que le client donne son consentement pour figurer sur la liste d\u2019envoi. Tr\u00e8s important aussi le fait que la liste de clients et des acheteurs potentiels doit \u00eatre segment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Une bonne liste de clients (CRM) doit \u00eatre segment\u00e9e selon des caract\u00e9ristiques pr\u00e9cises, explique M. Rendorio. S\u2019agit-t-il du nouveau propri\u00e9taire d\u2019une voiture de luxe, d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant avec un mod\u00e8le vieillissant ou encore d\u2019une personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par un type de v\u00e9hicule qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas disponible en inventaire au moment de sa prise de contact\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Viser la bonne cible<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une campagne de marketing par texto doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certains crit\u00e8res pour obtenir le maximum de r\u00e9sultats. Par exemple, les clients de v\u00e9hicules neufs qui ont droit \u00e0 des vidanges d\u2019huile gratuites, mais qui ne se pr\u00e9valent pas de cet avantage peuvent \u00eatre contact\u00e9s directement pour un rappel. M\u00eame chose pour le propri\u00e9taire dont le v\u00e9hicule arrive \u00e0 \u00e9quit\u00e9. Un message l\u2019invitant \u00e0 le revendre au concessionnaire afin de profiter d\u2019un taux de financement avantageux sur l\u2019achat d\u2019un mod\u00e8le neuf peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut personnaliser le message, l\u2019envoyer durant les heures normales de travail et y inclure un lien vers la grille de prise de rendez-vous ou encore, vers les mod\u00e8les maintenant dans votre inventaire qui pourraient int\u00e9resser un client potentiel, illustre M.\u00a0Hansen. Et \u00e9vitez de multiplier les envois, un par semaine au maximum. Il faut que le client sente que la communication lui apporte une valeur ajout\u00e9e et lui est adress\u00e9e personnellement. Mettez aussi le nom de votre entreprise dans le message, pour \u00e9viter que le destinataire ne croie qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019un pourriel.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon ces experts, il faut \u00e9viter les messages g\u00e9n\u00e9riques qui s\u2019adressent \u00e0 tous et \u00e0 personne. Plus le message sera pertinent et plus le taux de r\u00e9ponse sera positif. Mieux vaut 100 messages cibl\u00e9s que 5000 lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aveuglette.
