Boulet est ministre du Travail, de l\u2019Emploi et de la Solidarit\u00e9 sociale, ministre de l\u2019Immigration, de la Francisation et de l\u2019Int\u00e9gration et ministre responsable de la r\u00e9gion de la Mauricie.<\/p>\n<p>Le financement annonc\u00e9 est destin\u00e9s \u00e0 A\u00e9ro Montr\u00e9al pour le lancement du projet pilote Comp\u00e9tences PME, visant une meilleure gestion des talents et une utilisation optimale des comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s pour favoriser l\u2019augmentation de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de 60 petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) participantes de la r\u00e9gion m\u00e9tropolitaine de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019aide financi\u00e8re du Conseil emploi m\u00e9tropole (CEM), est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration avec Montr\u00e9al InVivo et Propulsion Qu\u00e9bec, avec l\u2019appui de la Communaut\u00e9 m\u00e9tropolitaine de Montr\u00e9al (CMM).<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative a pour objectif de r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e9matiques du march\u00e9 du travail en offrant des solutions aux PME pour notamment favoriser l\u2019ad\u00e9quation formation-comp\u00e9tences-emploi ainsi que la mise en place d\u2019une rel\u00e8ve professionnelle dans des secteurs strat\u00e9giques comme l\u2019a\u00e9rospatiale, les sciences de la vie et le transport \u00e9lectrique et intelligent.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 30 mois, ce projet pilote visera \u00e0 diagnostiquer l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les comp\u00e9tences disponibles dans les entreprises et leur utilisation pour proposer des moyens visant \u00e0 optimiser la gestion des talents. \u00c0 terme, l\u2019objectif est de d\u00e9crire cette approche afin d\u2019en mesurer les effets et de la valoriser aupr\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises d\u2019autres secteurs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre Jean Boulet annonce un investissement de 878 000 $ pour le lancement du projet pilote Comp\u00e9tences PME.
