{"id":354863,"date":"2022-02-03T05:00:24","date_gmt":"2022-02-03T10:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=354863"},"modified":"2022-02-02T20:19:06","modified_gmt":"2022-02-03T01:19:06","slug":"une-production-au-ralenti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/concessionnaires\/2022\/02\/03\/une-production-au-ralenti\/","title":{"rendered":"Une production au ralenti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019industrie de l\u2019assemblage automobile canadienne a connu en 2021 une ann\u00e9e historiquement difficile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e9cent rapport de DesRosiers Automotive Consultants indique que le secteur de l\u2019assemblage des v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers au Canada, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s difficile en 2020, a enregistr\u00e9 le plus bas nombre d\u2019unit\u00e9s produites de toute la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport r\u00e9f\u00e8re aux ann\u00e9es difficiles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la crise p\u00e9troli\u00e8re des ann\u00e9es 1970 ou encore \u00e0 la r\u00e9cession de 2009 pour situer les r\u00e9sultats de 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Si la production canadienne de v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers atteint des sommets dans les ann\u00e9es 1990 avec plus de 3 millions d\u2019unit\u00e9s assembl\u00e9es, cette production n\u2019atteignait qu\u2019environ 1.4 million de v\u00e9hicules en 2020 et \u00e0 peine plus de 1.1 million d\u2019unit\u00e9s en 2021. Avant la pand\u00e9mie et les divers enjeux d\u2019approvisionnement, pr\u00e8s de deux millions de v\u00e9hicules avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9s ici en 2019. La p\u00e9nurie des semi-conducteurs aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal dans le recul historique de la production.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une perspective continentale, les livraisons canadiennes ont subi un recul et ne repr\u00e9sentent plus qu\u2019un peu moins de 9\u00a0% de tous les v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers assembl\u00e9s en Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Des cinq constructeurs actifs au pays, Totoya tire particuli\u00e8rement bien son \u00e9pingle du jeu avec 427\u00a0056 unit\u00e9s produites en 2021. \u00c0 l\u2019autre bout du registre, GM n\u2019a livr\u00e9 que 36\u00a0465 v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, le constructeur am\u00e9ricain illustre la p\u00e9riode de transition du secteur alors qu\u2019il a remis en activit\u00e9 l\u2019usine d\u2019Oshawa et celle d\u2019Ingersoll, frapp\u00e9e durement par la p\u00e9nurie de semi-conducteurs, verra sa production migrer vers un v\u00e9hicule prometteur ; une fourgonnette de livraison commerciale enti\u00e8rement \u00e9lectrique.
