Depuis sa fondation en 1988, Distributions Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9 est devenue une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la distribution de pneus dans le Bas St-Laurent, la Gasp\u00e9sie et la C\u00f4te-Nord du Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, nous travaillons en partenariat avec Distribution Stox pour servir nos clients et je suis convaincu qu\u2019ils continueront d\u2019\u00eatre bien servis et bien trait\u00e9s. D\u2019ailleurs, j\u2019aimerais remercier tous nos employ\u00e9s, fournisseurs et clients qui nous ont fait confiance durant toutes ses ann\u00e9es \u00bb, explique M. Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9, pr\u00e9sident de Distributions Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9. Les employ\u00e9s de Distributions Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9 ainsi que M. Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9 resteront en place dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Cette acquisition s\u2019inscrit dans notre strat\u00e9gie de croissance et de consolidation dans l\u2019Est du Qu\u00e9bec. Nous sommes \u00e9galement impatients d\u2019accueillir l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Distributions Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9 chez Distribution Stox \u00bb, affirme Bruno Leclair, pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de Distribution Stox.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab De plus, les deux entreprises se rejoignent sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important soit la proximit\u00e9 que nous avons avec nos clients. Nous sommes reconnus offrant un excellent service et \u00e7a va continuer. \u00c0 partir du 1er f\u00e9vrier, les clients de Distributions Claude C\u00f4t\u00e9 auront acc\u00e8s \u00e0 plus d\u2019inventaire provenant des autres entrep\u00f4ts de Distribution Stox \u00bb, ajoute M. Leclair.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette acquisition, Distribution Stox s\u2019accro\u00eetra d\u2019un nouvel entrep\u00f4t pour totaliser 22 entrep\u00f4ts avec une superficie totale de 1,7 millions de pieds carr\u00e9s d\u2019entreposage.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ici la fin du mois de janvier, Distribution Stox mettra en \u0153uvre un plan de transition qui assurera l\u2019utilisation des forces des deux \u00e9quipes.
