Nous voulons, avec ces d\u00e9marches, attirer et retenir davantage de travailleurs dans notre secteur qui en a bien besoin.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>M. Bourbeau souhaite que les discussions m\u00e8nent \u00e0 une strat\u00e9gie structur\u00e9e.
