Dans le cadre de sa 4e<\/sup> rencontre, le 2 d\u00e9cembre, CAV Canada recevait un panel d\u2019experts abordant l\u2019\u00e9pineuse question de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette discussion a permis aux participants de faire le point sur les enjeux de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans le secteur automobile. Le panel regroupait Susanne Cork de Area X.O., Robert Martin de la corporation Mitre, Chandana Munireddy de Aptiv, Bob Day de BlackBerry et Christine Gadsby de la m\u00eame entreprise.<\/p>\n

D\u2019entr\u00e9e de jeu, Mme Cork a expliqu\u00e9 que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et transmises par les v\u00e9hicules est une pr\u00e9occupation pour les consommateurs et possiblement une entrave \u00e0 l\u2019acceptabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019automatisation des transports.<\/p>\n

Tous constatent que les v\u00e9hicules sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 connect\u00e9s et que les constructeurs, concessionnaires et m\u00eame les ateliers d\u2019entretien m\u00e9caniques peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

V\u00e9hicules et infrastructures<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019autre niveau de communication en d\u00e9veloppement touche les infrastructures qui vont devoir devenir plus intelligentes si on souhaite une v\u00e9ritable automatisation des transports, mentionne Mme Munireddy. Tous ces syst\u00e8mes dans l\u2019automobile qui communiquent avec le monde ext\u00e9rieur doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9curis\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Les panellistes mentionnent que d\u00e8s leur conception, les syst\u00e8mes de communication des v\u00e9hicules doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Puisqu\u2019une multitude de fournisseurs d\u00e9veloppent des modules de communication entrant dans la fabrication automobile, les participants insistent sur l\u2019importance d\u2019une normalisation des politiques de partage et de protection de ces donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il faut savoir qui a droit d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces donn\u00e9es et pour quelles raisons, mentionne M.\u00a0Day. Il faut \u00e9tablir un contr\u00f4le de ces acc\u00e8s. Par exemple, est-ce qu\u2019un consommateur souhaite que son concessionnaire suive son v\u00e9hicule en temps r\u00e9el ou encore que le constructeur mette \u00e0 jour des modules pendant son sommeil\u00a0?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Maintenir la\u00a0<\/strong>vigilance<\/b><\/h2>\n

Les concepteurs de logiciels et d\u2019\u00e9metteurs entrant dans la construction des v\u00e9hicules devraient aussi rester vigilants apr\u00e8s la commercialisation de leurs solutions. L\u2019attaque ou l\u2019usage malveillant des r\u00e9seaux de communication devraient \u00eatre identifi\u00e9s, avec l\u2019aide de plateforme d\u2019intelligence artificielle, mais avec des alertes prises en charge imm\u00e9diatement par des humains pour colmater les br\u00e8ches.<\/p>\n

Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral travaille d\u2019ailleurs en ce moment sur une r\u00e9glementation visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les donn\u00e9es personnelles des consommateurs. Une l\u00e9gislation qui va toucher aussi le secteur automobile. Les experts consid\u00e8rent que le gouvernement ne va pas uniquement mesurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule bas\u00e9 sur la pr\u00e9sence de coussins gonflables ou de zone de d\u00e9formation, mais aussi sur les capacit\u00e9s des constructeurs \u00e0 garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de ses donn\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n

Un cadre l\u00e9gislatif clair et un engagement de toute l\u2019industrie automobile \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de partage des donn\u00e9es est de premi\u00e8re importance dans un contexte o\u00f9 l\u2019automatisation des transports va demander des acc\u00e8s constants aux donn\u00e9es de v\u00e9hicules. La confiance envers les v\u00e9hicules autonomes repose aussi sur la confiance des utilisateurs d\u2019une gestion transparente et prot\u00e9g\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es de leurs v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n
