Vast-Auto Distribution annonce avoir conclu une entente afin d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des actifs de l\u2019entreprise Canadian Auto Parts Suppliers (C.A.P.S.).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les parties s’attendent \u00e0 ce que la transaction soit conclue le 30 novembre 2021, sous r\u00e9serve des conditions de cl\u00f4ture habituelles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Au cours de ses 22 ann\u00e9es d\u2019existence, Canadian Auto Parts Suppliers s’est impos\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9taillant de pi\u00e8ces automobile dominant \u00e0 Ottawa, la capitale du Canada.<\/p>\n

Fond\u00e9e en 1999 par Charles \u00ab Chuck \u00bb Berthiaume, C.A.P.S. s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 servir \u00e0 la fois les installateurs professionnels et les clients bricoleurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un large assortiment de produits et \u00e0 un personnel extr\u00eamement qualifi\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialiste dans le domaine des pi\u00e8ces automobiles.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je suis ravi d’avoir choisi de vendre mon entreprise \u00e0 Vast-Auto Distribution, qui s’est clairement impos\u00e9 comme un distributeur canadien de premier plan sur le march\u00e9 secondaire de l’automobile. Dans une optique de p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l’entreprise, et apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur automobile une grande partie de ma carri\u00e8re, la d\u00e9cision de vendre n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile \u00e0 prendre, mais aujourd’hui, je sais que ce choix est le meilleur pour l’avenir de C.A.P.S. et de nos fid\u00e8les clients et employ\u00e9s. \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Charles Berthiaume.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La r\u00e9alisation de cette transaction joue un r\u00f4le central pour Vast-Auto Distribution dans son plan de croissance \u00e0 long terme dans l\u2019est du Canada.<\/p>\n

De plus, nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux d’annoncer que Ghazi Mankal, un professionnel chevronn\u00e9 du march\u00e9 secondaire qui travaille pour C.A.P.S. depuis le tout d\u00e9but de l\u2019entreprise, continuera dans son r\u00f4le de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et associ\u00e9, ce qui permettra une transition en douceur \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mauro Cifelli, pr\u00e9sident et chef de la direction de Groupe Del Vasto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
