\u00ab\u00a0En ce qui concerne notre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, la cha\u00eene de distribution, c\u2019est un travail accessible pour un bon technicien et un projet payant pour l\u2019atelier\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n

Comme il le constate, pr\u00e8s de 75\u00a0% des v\u00e9hicules sur la route en ce moment sont dot\u00e9s d\u2019une cha\u00eene de distribution, en remplacement aux courroies qui ont domin\u00e9 le march\u00e9 les ann\u00e9es ant\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n

Et 90\u00a0% des v\u00e9hicules sur les cha\u00eenes de montage des constructeurs en comportent.<\/p>\n

\u00c9videmment, Cloyes introduit continuellement de nouvelles cha\u00eenes de remplacement et tous les accessoires y \u00e9tant reli\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Le remplacement peut demander aussi le changement de plusieurs pi\u00e8ces secondaires, explique l\u2019expert, et nous nous assurons que le technicien trouvera dans la bo\u00eete, exactement tout ce dont il a besoin pour effectuer le travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Pour accompagner les techniciens, Cloyes a mis sur pied un programme de formation, le Shop Master.<\/p>\n

Cette plateforme con\u00e7ue pour les techniciens par des techniciens, les guide, \u00e0 grand renfort de courtes vid\u00e9os, vers les solutions tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n

Un comit\u00e9-conseil compos\u00e9 de m\u00e9caniciens est d\u2019ailleurs consult\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9paration des contenus des formations, mais aussi pour l\u2019analyse des ensembles de pi\u00e8ces afin de s\u2019assurer que rien n\u2019y manque.<\/p>\n
