{"id":350305,"date":"2021-11-12T14:16:30","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T19:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=350305"},"modified":"2021-11-12T14:16:30","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T19:16:30","slug":"sema-2021-adas-avance-et-outils-dalignement-de-chief-rotary-lift","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/carrosserie\/2021\/11\/12\/sema-2021-adas-avance-et-outils-dalignement-de-chief-rotary-lift\/","title":{"rendered":"SEMA 2021 : ADAS avanc\u00e9 et outils d&rsquo;alignement de Chief, Rotary Lift"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la technologie des v\u00e9hicules a oblig\u00e9 les centres de collision \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser d&rsquo;importants investissements dans des \u00e9quipements d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage ADAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors du salon SEMA 2021, Vehicle Service Group (VSG), par le biais de sa marque Chief Collision Technology, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son nouveau syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage Mosaic ADT.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en collaboration avec le groupe Burke Porter, l&rsquo;ADT Mosaic repr\u00e9sente le premier syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage ADAS automatis\u00e9 du secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Il utilise des contr\u00f4les autodiagnostiques de la cible et du v\u00e9hicule ainsi qu&rsquo;un s\u00e9quen\u00e7age avanc\u00e9 des informations radar et laser.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est \u00e9galement mis \u00e0 jour avec les derni\u00e8res proc\u00e9dures de r\u00e9paration des \u00e9quipementiers afin que les techniciens disposent toujours des informations les plus r\u00e9centes. De plus, chaque technicien doit suivre un programme de formation certifi\u00e9 pour utiliser le syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Et parce qu&rsquo;il capture chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9talonnage et de r\u00e9paration et les stocke dans le nuage, il permet d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces informations pour s&rsquo;assurer que les \u00e9talonnages ADAS ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s correctement sur un v\u00e9hicule sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>VSG a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, via sa marque Rotary Lift, le nouveau syst\u00e8me portable R1090 Pro 3D qui permet d&rsquo;effectuer des alignements en interne dans n&rsquo;importe quelle partie de l&rsquo;atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux ateliers \u00e0 fort volume, le R1090 permet des alignements rapides et pr\u00e9cis gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son logiciel exclusif de lecture de cibles en 3D.
