Des pi\u00e8ces vont souvent l\u00e2cher pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment. Ce qui est d\u00e9plorable, c\u2019est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit parfois de petites pi\u00e8ces peu dispendieuses, mais qui demandent des heures pour \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb, nous dit-il en nous montrant un raccord de syst\u00e8me de refroidissement en plastique et son \u00e9quivalent en m\u00e9tal d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par CRP.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comprendre les techniciens<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il pr\u00e9cise d\u2019ailleurs qu\u2019un march\u00e9 comme le n\u00f4tre, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par d\u2019importants \u00e9carts de temp\u00e9rature, est particuli\u00e8rement taxant pour les pi\u00e8ces de thermoplastique.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9partement de recherche et de d\u00e9veloppement de CRP est tr\u00e8s actif pour trouver des solutions en d\u00e9veloppant des pi\u00e8ces de remplacement plus robustes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recherche est toutefois appuy\u00e9e par les recommandations d\u2019un comit\u00e9 de conseillers qui ne sont autres que les techniciens qui travaillent directement dans les ateliers sur les voitures.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif est de leur demander ce qu\u2019ils aimeraient avoir en main pour faire le travail, reprend M.
