{"id":349683,"date":"2021-11-03T17:03:35","date_gmt":"2021-11-03T21:03:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=349683"},"modified":"2021-11-03T17:03:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T21:03:35","slug":"aapex-2021-un-contact-constant-avec-la-voiture-du-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2021\/11\/03\/aapex-2021-un-contact-constant-avec-la-voiture-du-client\/","title":{"rendered":"AAPEX 2021 : Un contact constant avec la voiture du client"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le 2 novembre, lors du salon AAPEX, la compagnie Continental lan\u00e7ait un nouveau service de suivi en temps r\u00e9el des v\u00e9hicules des clients pour les ateliers du march\u00e9 secondaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me Autodiagnos Drive, mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve auparavant avec les gestionnaires de parcs commerciaux, est maintenant offert aux ateliers de notre march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par l\u2019entremise d\u2019un transpondeur branch\u00e9 dans le port OBDII de la voiture choisie, les donn\u00e9es sont envoy\u00e9es sur un nuage, trait\u00e9es et livr\u00e9es directement dans l\u2019atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible sur notre march\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, la solution donne ainsi acc\u00e8s \u00e0 toutes les donn\u00e9es du constructeur tir\u00e9es de l\u2019ordinateur de bord aux ateliers qui peuvent ainsi \u00e9tablir la condition du v\u00e9hicule et contacter le client en cas de probl\u00e8me \u00e9minent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous allons introduire graduellement cette solution chez les gestionnaires d\u2019ateliers du march\u00e9 secondaire nord am\u00e9ricain, incluant le Canada, et les invitons, avant d\u2019adopter cette technologie, de pr\u00e9parer leurs aviseurs techniques afin qu\u2019ils soient en mesure d\u2019en tirer des informations strat\u00e9giques pour les programmes d\u2019entretien des v\u00e9hicules de leurs clients, explique Chris Bahlman chef du d\u00e9partement de diagnostic et de services automobiles chez Continental. Ils peuvent ainsi avoir acc\u00e8s aux codes d\u2019anomalie avant m\u00eame qu\u2019un voyant n\u2019allume dans le tableau de bord de la voiture du client et pr\u00e9voir les interventions pr\u00e9ventives.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Simple \u00e0 installer, le syst\u00e8me est aussi con\u00e7u pour offrir le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 niveau de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9.
