Apr\u00e8s \u00eatre pass\u00e9e \u00e0 un format virtuel en 2020, l’AAPEX est revenue au Sands Expo de Las Vegas en 2021, et l’\u00e9quipe d’Autosphere<\/em> \u00e9tait l\u00e0 en force pour apporter les derni\u00e8res nouvelles et mises \u00e0 jour passionnantes du march\u00e9 secondaire de l’automobile.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Une r\u00e9union en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate avec Mitchell 1 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des informations sur l’initiative \u00ab\u00a0Electrifier votre entreprise\u00a0\u00bb de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notamment deux nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Il s’agit notamment d’une nouvelle fonction de gestion du temps ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 Manager SE ainsi que des am\u00e9liorations apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite d’informations sur les r\u00e9parations de l’agrafe Pro Demand de Mitchell 1 sous la forme de sch\u00e9mas de c\u00e2blage avanc\u00e9s et enti\u00e8rement interactifs.<\/p>\n

Selon Ben Johnson, directeur de la gestion des produits chez Mitchell 1, ces nouveaux diagrammes avanc\u00e9s s’appuient sur les am\u00e9liorations d\u00e9j\u00e0 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 ProDemand et sont con\u00e7us pour faire gagner un temps consid\u00e9rable aux techniciens lorsqu’ils traitent des probl\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques complexes sur les v\u00e9hicules plus avanc\u00e9s et \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s d’aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n

Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de ces nouveaux sch\u00e9mas de c\u00e2blage avanc\u00e9s est la possibilit\u00e9 de rationaliser la navigation dans un ensemble sp\u00e9cifique de sch\u00e9mas ou de naviguer d’un ensemble \u00e0 l’autre, ainsi que l’ajout d’interactivit\u00e9 pour les connecteurs, les masses et les \u00e9pissures.<\/p>\n

Les noms des composants contenus dans les sch\u00e9mas de c\u00e2blage sont en fait des liens actifs qui peuvent conduire le technicien directement \u00e0 l’information requise, y compris l’emplacement, les vues des connecteurs et les instructions de remplacement.<\/p>\n

Un historique d\u00e9roulant permet \u00e9galement au technicien d’acc\u00e9der aux 10 diagrammes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents consult\u00e9s au cours d’une session, ce qui simplifie encore la navigation et fait gagner du temps.<\/p>\n

Une autre mise \u00e0 jour importante pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Mitchell 1 \u00e0 l’AAPEX cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait la nouvelle fonction Technician Time Manager ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 la solution logicielle de gestion d’atelier Manager SE de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le gestionnaire de temps des techniciens permet \u00e0 ces derniers de pointer \u00e0 l’entr\u00e9e et \u00e0 la sortie des op\u00e9rations de travail, en suivant le temps r\u00e9el qu’ils consacrent aux ordres de travail assign\u00e9s dans l’atelier.<\/p>\n

Chaque technicien d\u00e9marre une horloge de travail pour une t\u00e2che sp\u00e9cifique et la marque comme achev\u00e9e lorsque la t\u00e2che est termin\u00e9e, en mettant l’horloge en pause pour toute pause pendant cette t\u00e2che particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Une fois le travail termin\u00e9, l’horodateur est automatiquement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les heures r\u00e9elles pour cette op\u00e9ration de travail sp\u00e9cifique dans l’ordre de r\u00e9paration Manager SE.<\/p>\n

Technician Time Manager permet non seulement aux techniciens de mesurer leur productivit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle et les heures consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque op\u00e9ration de travail, mais aide \u00e9galement l’atelier \u00e0 suivre les marges de travail et les heures de travail des employ\u00e9s afin d’am\u00e9liorer l’efficacit\u00e9 et, en fin de compte, la rentabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n
