{"id":347473,"date":"2021-10-01T13:39:27","date_gmt":"2021-10-01T17:39:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/?p=347473"},"modified":"2021-10-01T13:40:13","modified_gmt":"2021-10-01T17:40:13","slug":"napa-autotech-formation-techniciens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autosphere.ca\/fr\/mecanique\/2021\/10\/01\/napa-autotech-formation-techniciens\/","title":{"rendered":"NAPA Autotech : Formation des techniciens am\u00e9lior\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NAPA continue de d\u00e9velopper sa plateforme de formation Autotech pour livrer des r\u00e9sultats optimaux aux techniciens et centres de services automobiles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tout comme les v\u00e9hicules, la formation automobile ne cesse d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie en 2020 a amen\u00e9 une transition significative vers la formation et les sessions virtuelles alors que la plupart des pays \u2014 incluant le Canada et les \u00c9.-U. \u2014 ont pris des mesures pour tenter d\u2019enrayer la propagation du nouveau coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p>Pour NAPA, cela s\u2019est traduit par le d\u00e9veloppement consid\u00e9rable de son <a href=\"https:\/\/www.napaonline.com\/en\/napa-education-training\">programme de formation des techniciens et des centres de services Autotech<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9volution et expansion<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Selon Chris Thorne, directeur de la formation des fournisseurs de services automobiles chez NAPA Canada, l\u2019offre de formation s\u2019est accrue au cours de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, lorsqu&rsquo;elle a frapp\u00e9 en mars 2020, de nombreux fournisseurs de services confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations nouvelles et impr\u00e9vues comme les fermetures et les restrictions ne pouvaient assurer la formation comme auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de pr\u00e9server leur engagement, NAPA a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019offrir des webinaires virtuels interactifs de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier affirme que depuis leur lancement, ces programmes se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s tr\u00e8s populaires aupr\u00e8s des ateliers de services puisqu\u2019ils n\u00e9cessitent moins de temps et qu\u2019ils sont nettement moins co\u00fbteux que la formation en classe \u2013 sans oublier que des enregistrements permettent aux techniciens de revoir les sessions en tout temps.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que le co\u00fbt et la commodit\u00e9 soient des avantages significatifs, M.\u00a0Thorne insiste sur l\u2019importance du contenu de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous tenions \u00e0 proposer une exp\u00e9rience de formation virtuelle attrayante en commen\u00e7ant par du contenu que les techniciens et les propri\u00e9taires d\u2019ateliers jugent utile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ces sessions sont con\u00e7ues pour couvrir la th\u00e9orie essentielle sur un sujet particulier, mais elles comportent \u00e9galement des cas r\u00e9els de diagnostic. Les techniciens retournent \u00e0 l\u2019atelier avec une exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te applicable sur le terrain. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Taux d\u2019engagement \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Outre les sujets pr\u00e9cis, pertinents et pratiques, l\u2019interactivit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement essentielle pour favoriser un taux d\u2019engagement \u00e9lev\u00e9 des participants.
